Bensons For Beds - Chippenham375 Arvostelua

Malcolm the advisor was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. He went through the pros and cons of each mattress and helped us make an informed decision. Didn't pressurise us in any way but nervous know he was there if needed. Shame a little extra discount wasn't available. But overall, a really good experience.

visited the shop in chippenham
Large selection of beds. Labelled clearly and what mattress is made of. Easy to negotiate. Excellent irish sales lady, very helpful and informative.

Great service from Malcolm.

The sales team, especially Malcom were very helpful. Explained the different options and ensured we were happy with our selection. The quality of the beds and wide choice were able to meet our needs.

Sales man very helpful and friendly.

Joanne was friendly and knowledgeable. We went in knowing what we needed but not knowing what type of mattress. Joanne showed us various different types and encouraged us to try them, she showed us how they are put together to give the support and comfort we require. Would definitely recommend Joanne to others.

We had such a great experience at Benson’s for beds Chippenham. Especially our interaction with Malcolm.
We went in to browse after our mattress had broken and we went to our local retail park that had a number of mattress shops.
Our first stop was Benson’s and we were quickly approached by Malcolm. He was super friendly and welcoming and made a daunting task very easy for us.
We gave him our budget and he instantly knew what would be best for us.
He spoke about different packages based on our lifestyle and different cover, we could get just in case the same thing happened again (we got our last mattress somewhere else three years ago).
He was very open, honest and transparent which is what I really value as a sales manager and product specialist myself.
I never thought I would laugh so much shopping for a mattress!!
We walked into Benson’s with the idea of just looking in all of the shops that were in our area (dreams is a few doors down and we’re heavy online shoppers) but we walked out knowing we weren’t gonna go anywhere else and we were sold on Malcolm’s recommendation.
We came back the next day and proceeded with Malcolm’s recommendation without any hesitation and we were delighted to see that he was there. He remembered our interaction from the day before and the choice of mattress that he recommended for us.
He went above and beyond and an absolute pleasure to talk to.
What an asset to your company! Thank you Malcom!

I received excellent and very informative service from Malcolm in the Chippenham branch. I have already given a service review do I really need to write another

Really knowledgeable sales guy who gave us the information we needed but without feeling pressured

It was a wonderful, friendly experience.
The Salesman was helpful, kind. Gave good suggestions of what would be the best mattress to suit our needs

Great selection and Jeff was extremely helpful and informative. Really made sure I made the right decision.

On arrival we were welcomed by a member of staff and then left to browse at our leisure.

When we were ready to choose a bed and base we had the different choices explained to us and told to try different mattress options.

Once we’d made our decision payment was taken and delivery options chosen.
Overall, a painless experience.

Have not yet received bed nor do have a date. I was told to expect a phone call by the friendly salesperson from the manufacturer so not much yet to report

Great service and Courteous

Helpful staff. Delivery on time and fitted without fuss. Would definitely recommend

I walked in rather than shop on line. We were left to browse for a while and then we were asked if we had any questions. Their guidance was so great. We were shown beds across the range of quality and price. The customer service was second to none something you can’t get online

Good quality product, good price, good advice given from friendly helpful salesman

In shop sales was not pushy but informative and helpful.
Delivery information was timely and complete.
Tracking app was useful.
Phone call 30 minutes before delivery was very helpful.
Delivery team were respectful and efficient and arrived just when they said they would.
Will be buying my next bed from Bensons for sure

Very helpful manager at Chippenham branch who resolved a slight problem we had.
