So much more preferable than doing it yourself
I was in the market for both a hybrid mattress and a divan base but didn't really want the hassle of ordering them separately online from two different places. Which would have two different delivery days, a possible mismatch between the two and no chance of actually seeing and 'feeling' the products.
Whilst looking at divan bases on Bensons web site I noticed they also sold Simba mattresses. So I decided to visit the store and I'm so glad I did.
There was a great product range that could be tried out and all supported by really helpful, personable but not pushy, staff. There was no need for me to do any of the ordering admin and all I provided was a delivery date and of course the, very reasonable, cost.
Communications prior to delivery was exemplary along with the delivery of the new and removal of the old.
The whole process was hassle free and I have no hesitation in giving all involved top marks.

Good service.
Nobody hassled us when we were looking at mattresses, just allowed us to look and try as we liked. Delivery was on the nominated day, in the time slot allocated. The two delivery men were excellent, polite, careful of property, removing the old mattress and putting the new one on the bed within 15 minutes.

The Lady that took my order made a…
The Lady that took my order made a mistake with the cost. I paid £ 518 for the mattress, then 5 days later the manager rang me & asked for another £120 as his staff had ordered the wrong one. I wasn’t very happy about paying more money as I’m a pensioner, the manager told me if I didn’t pay the extra money he wouldn’t order the mattress that asked for in a aggressive manor, forcing me to borrow money from a family member.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the situation you faced. You should never feel pressured, especially when a pricing error was made on our side. We completely understand how upsetting and stressful this must have been, particularly as a pensioner. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we will make sure it is passed on to the appropriate team so situations like this can be investigated and handled more sensitively in future. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention,
