A great service from start to finish.
From picking the mattress to delivery, the whole process was excellent.
The store manager dealt with my wife and I, there were no sales pressure tactics and the friendly banter was mixed with his experience in selling the products. Other members of staff were also very friendly and humorous.
The day of delivery... we were kept up to date with delivery expectation times and the delivery team were very polite.

Hello Rebecca,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We're delighted to hear that you're so happy with your new bed and that the delivery team assembled it for you to such a high standard.
However, we're sorry to learn that some black marks were left on your carpet following the delivery. We understand how disappointing this must have been. We have sent you a request for your order details. Please provide these as soon as you can so we can support you further.
Thank you,
Megan | Customer Care Specialist
Good experience with BFB.
The drivers delivered at the scheduled time, they were polite and respectful of our property, they opened the mattresses and placed it on the base. Once they left I opened the pillows so they could breath, unfortunately the tempur pillow was saturated/ soaking wet and water stained. I rang the Chester store who had one in stock. So at my expense and time I drove to the store to exchange this £150 pillow.
Christine the store assistant at Chester, is so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and caring, patient making our visit so easy.

Hello Neil & Rachael,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. 😊 We're delighted to hear that our delivery team arrived on time, treated your property with respect, and helped get everything set up for you.
We're very sorry, however, to learn that your Tempur pillow was found to be water stained and saturated when opened. We understand how disappointing and inconvenient it must have been to make a trip to the store to exchange it.
That said, we're pleased to hear that Christine at Chester was able to turn the experience around and get this resolved.
Thank you for your understanding and for choosing us. We hope you're now enjoying a comfortable and restful night's sleep,

Great experience in store
Great experience in store. We visited with view to purchase, but we found a mattress and bed to suit our needs at our first visit. Rose was incredibly helpful, no pressure. After we were given advice on mattresses and tried a few out until we found the perfect one, we browsed the store to choose a bed without a salesperson hovering over us!

Good experience
Staff (Dave the store manager) polite and looked after us well.
Knowledgable.
Good layout in store.
To be slightly critical:
Obviously the price creeps up with add ons. Add on costs need to be clearer when displaying the price e.g. clear delivery cost and clear cost of assembly as some beds had mechanical parts such as an ottoman bed.
Larger displays of picing around the store needed.
Lead time also needs to be clearer for each item. Some were 10 days others 12-14 weeks
Otherwise a good experience.

A huge thank you to Barry for making our recent bed purchase such a positive and easy experience.
Barry greeted us within a few minutes of arriving and immediately made us feel welcome. We explained that we were only looking and honestly had no idea what we wanted, but he was relaxed, patient and never made us feel pressured.
After listening to what we needed, Barry simply asked, “Can I make some suggestions and show you a few options?” His knowledge and approach made the whole process so much easier. Within 40 minutes, we had chosen our new bed, mattress and completed the purchase!
Thank you, Barry, for your friendly service, expertise and for making what could have been an overwhelming decision feel simple and enjoyable. We really appreciated your help.

Outstanding service
We visited the Chester branch after receiving a quote from another bed company.
We were greeted by a lovely salesman called Barry who was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
What really made it a pleasure to shop here was that after showing us certain beds and mattresses to look at he gave us some pillows and left us to brouse and try a variety of beds. It was a real pleasure doing business with Bensons For Beds and in our view every shop should have a Barry.
