Bensons For Beds - Charlton Arvostelua

The staff were super helpful. Good quality items and no hard selling.

The headboard to match my bed base was mis-ordered (wrong colour) so although I have my new divan base and mattress I have to wait until 3 July to have the complete bed in place. Not at all satisfactory since the whole order was paid for on 18 May. I discovered the mistake when I received confirmation of the planned delivery and it was too late to recitify the order.

Excellent experience. Sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. No pressure and didn't make us feel hurried. All questions answered and helpful suggestions made. No problems when we said we will not be ready to take delivery for three months. Would highly recommend and would definitely shop at Bensons again.

It is a local store with helpful informed staff who were welcoming on initial entry and on hand to provide detailed information and advice.

Very helpful at the Charlton Benson for beds .definitely go back .

Mike at the Charlton store was fantastic and very knowledgeable.

Staff were really great, really helpful with helping me choose what I needed and went above and beyond

My order was not delivered on given date after waiting for so long. I don’t have a new date when it will be delivered the only information sent to me was, my item was not loaded onto their vehicle
It was disappointing and unprofessional

I visited Bensons For Beds store several times. Large selection of products, excellent quality, I got exactly what I needed. And most importantly, I've got an excellent customer service. I spoke with Amma, who provided a great support. Her recommendations and friendly attitude made the furniture purchasing process easy and enjoyable. I will definitely come again and recommend this store to my friends. Thank you!

Ama was so professional and caring. She ensured that I was happy with the product prior to my purchase. She took time and allowed me to test out a few mattresses and through this I found the perfect one for me.

Helpful and friendly

Good range of well made products
( Ottoman storage seat in lots of colours, and reduced price offer.
Staff were friendly and helpful and the store was local too.

Wasnt rush left until I was ready

Syed was absolutely welcoming and helpful from when we walked in. He had excellent knowledge of the products and gave us time to browse and sample different beds /mattresses. Syed was happy to answer all our questions cheerfully and we observed him treat other customers the same. Although Bensons had a wider variety of beds and mattresses compared to others we had visited, Syed was the reason why we purchased from Bensons.
