Mattress arrived bang on time. We were notified of the delivery slot in good time. Mattress is very comfortable and has improved our sleep quality.

Very friendly

Very friendly, and informative information was given and assisted me purchase items that suited me. Very happy and satisfied. would recommend to others. 10/10.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Very helpful and friendly staff. Suzanne helped me with my purchase at your Orbital showroom, Cannock. She was extremely polite and funny as well, and I like that in a person. So thank her, on my behalf.

never told of additional charges

There was no problem with the service within the shop but I was never informed at the time that there was a £39 delivery charge. I received the 10 % discount within the shop and just assumed my maths was off, it was only when I got home and filled the online paperwork in that I noticed the additional charges that I was not made aware of. Made me very annoyed and disappointed, including disappointed in myself for not picking the additional charges up.

Met by an old friend who I didn't know worked here and helped us find a new mattress
Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, showed us a few options and explained the differences. Great deals on at the time we went
