Bensons For Beds - Byfleet Arvostelua 

We knew we needed a bed but didn’t really know what we were looking for. The assistant showed us their most popular beds which we agreed seemed to be very comfortable & we were allowed time to lay on them for as long as we needed. We were then shown the better range which by comparison seemed worlds apart. We were given all the relevant details regarding springs, care for the mattress, 40 day trial(although we would lose some money if we decided we were not satisfied with the bed & would need to buy similar from them which is fair), choice of base if we required one, mattress protectors, pillows, length of time for delivery & whether we required the store to take away our old bed. It was a very professional approach & there was no pressure to force a sale of any kind. We came away very satisfied.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and the helpfulness of the staff. There was no pressure to buy but they were there if you had a question. Would certainly recommend the company.

Simon, the upper floor sales manager, was excellent. He guided us to a fantastically comfortable mattress, whilst also giving us alternatives to compare against.

I researched a lot of online bed-in-a-box options, and through trustpilot find that a lot of people find these mattresses don't last.

The staff were not pushy when first walking in to the shop and gave us time to make our own decision in our own time. Was just a pleasant experience from someone who doesnt like shopping!

Neede a bed urgently so came to store in Byfleet after visiting useless J Lewis and Fenwicks in Kingston

Showed us a large range of Clearance beds and found one half price with 3000 springs. Arranged delivery with a local van driver within the hour. Excellent support and service , thank you

Charlie, Ian and the team were great - extremely knowledgeable, offering great advice and help in choosing the right mattress for us - so happy we ended up buying one for all the family!

Hassle free ordering with polite staff and delivery date given was completely accurate even though 1 month ahead. Only downside was that our A.M. delivery slot turned into a late P.M. slot due to a vehicle breakdown.

Very attentive gentleman served me. Efficient and helpful and even showed me how to put the bed together when it arrives.

I was allowed to browse without constant interruption and then when I asked for advice the salesman was very informative and constructive. I didn’t experience the hard sell which usually annoys me and I felt that he was very helpful and knowledgeabl. He also helped me find someone who would deliver the bed quickly. I will use Bensons again.
