An exceptional experience
Great customer service from Adam in the bury store. He had an in depth knowledge of products and explained everything clearly. We experienced the Sleep match service and tried several mattresses before making our choice. It was quick and easy to purchase, choose our preferred delivery date and book mattress recycling so we don't have to mess around getting rid of our old mattress.

Fabulous service
Fabulous service - guy on the phone at Bury was so polite and friendly!!!
Just a pity the delivery charge is £50 for a headboard - I’m having it delivered to store instead so at least there was that option when I asked, but still would have been easier to have it delivered at a cheaper price.
