Bensons For Beds - Bury Arvostelua

The service we received was fantastic. Subash was really helpful and explained in detail every question I had. He was really understanding and treated me with kindness. He clarified that the bed would be assembled, as I’m disabled. Although it doesn’t say this on my paperwork. I’d be really grateful if somebody could check this for me, please.

Mostly a great experience from visiting the showroom to delivery, the only issue I have that the mattress that was advised by the lady in the showroom does not look great on the divan bed, the depth is not right and you can see the wooden slats of the headboard.

I cant remember the name of the man who helped me but he was very knowedgeble on the types of beds and he helped find the perfect mattress and bed frame. I payed for assembly and recycling and this was done to a high and professional standered by Howard and Nick.
Thank you so much for a plesent experiance!

The staff member who assisted me was wonderful, so plesent and helpful.
I would definitely recommend bensons for beds for quality and service. . Thank you.

Fantastic sales person, listened to what we wanted and spent time with us without being pushy

Excellent service
Staff extremely helpful and knowledge

The sales assistant was really helpful and explained everything to us very nice man

Sales assistant helpful. Collection had to be organised by us as bought the bed from stock. They didn’t even move it near to door when we went to collect. Had to carry through the store. It was a heavy bed.

The patience of the shop assistant and her sincere satisfaction for the right product to reach my home after the purchase.

Great advice and support from Tracey for sales and advice and the super delivery team, big thanks to Paul and Kevin for delivering the bed to bedroom.

The knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Professional and courteous, throughout. I felt that I had made a safe purchase.

We went in randomly just to have a first idea for beds after moving into our first house. However the quality of the beds and outstanding customer support by Dagmara made us stay longer until we confidently bought our bed and mattress. This type of service that she gave us is why you go into shops instead of online shopping, we will be back

Really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Lovely friendly member of staff who served us. She really went the extra mile to help

Bought from bury. Your sale person Yasmeen was brilliant. Gave good advice and guidance when asked for.
