Bensons For Beds - Broadstairs Arvostelua

My daughter purchased a mattress yesterday at the Westwood Cross branch, Karl was so helpful and knowledgeable on what she needed, especially as she is pregnant. 100% recommend them.

Staff gave us time to look around when we arrived, and were very helpful when they approached. They gave us good advice and we were very happy with the mattress we bought.

Tyrell was great . Professional , polite and welcoming. Gave me a fantastic deal so i bought 2 beds ! Nice bloke , great job. Cheers mate , looking forward to having my lovely new TV bed in my new home .

The whole thing was very good the delivery was excellent very helpful respectful taking their shoes off when entering, tidying up and took all rubbish away. Nice guys Rias and Jacky. Very happy would definitely recommend and shop there again.

Had a wonderful member of staff named Karen.was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly no hassle welcome at the store and we were happy with our choice.

Good choice of products, very helpful staff, both in the store and the delivery people, good price and speedy delivery.

Very helpful and friendly staff gave us all the information and advice we needed, mattresses ordered.👍

Even though they were very busy at the time they still had time for us and had time to explain things and wait for us to make our decision.

First class service from Tyrrell in the Westwood Cross branch. Warm attentive service that cut out a lot of time wasting. His analysis of our needs resulted in a shortlist that goes perfectly. Patiently explained the benefits each product and we opted for the Igel nanotech. At the time of writing this review I've just woken from the best night's sleep in years. Also a shout out to Lee and Glen for their professional delivery - fantastic experience from order to delivery - thanks.

The manager & staff in the Broadstairs branch were excellent. Extremely helpful in sorting our problem. This was the 3rd set of mattresses that had failed. The most recent mattresses only lasted 18months before the dips in the centres became unbearable to sleep on even though I believe there was a 8 or 10 year warranty. It’s a shame I can’t say the same for customer services that I initially called at head office. They was just interested & pushed us back to the store. Thankfully it has now been sorted & we are optimistic that these mattresses will last.

Everything went great from start to finish, and i am very happy with the quality of my bed.

Had a good experience with the sales team in shop plus the delivery team were quick, efficient and friendly

The sales representatives in store were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. They left us alone to browse but kept checking in. Ordering was very straight forward including the finance options. We had to wait quite a while for delivery but when our items were delivered it went smoothly. The delivery guys were very friendly and professional and put together the bed very quickly and I took away our old items without any issues. Our new bed and mattress is very comfy and we have slept well since getting it.

Such a good team and always happy to help.

The person who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He allowed us to make our own choices and wasn’t pushy at all. There was only one downfall. There was no sample swatch to take away with us. I think it is very important to supply swatches as they are useful for matching curtains/carpets etc. When I phoned the next day (as I couldn’t order one online) I was told I would be sent one. I am yet to receive it. The bed has not arrived yet so this is not a product quality review.

I've purchased from Bensons this year and three years ago. Both times the staff were excellent and beds great.

Great customer service throughout in store and extremely happy with the new bed

Every part of the service was superb. Only came in to buy a new mattress, ended up getting a whole new bed. Great communication throughout

Staff were brilliant and so helpful mattress arrived on time and I was kept informed all the way through to delivery and the delivery men were great as well
