Cant fault the staff, Decent selection of mattresses. No drawn out process when it came time to order. Expected a quicker delivery date but the timescale they gave wasn't that bad.

Good service from. The team at Bishop Auckland Plenty of updates for when the new bed got delivered...great communication. Delivery men were exceptional. Would recommend

Thank you to Gemma in the Bishop…

Thank you to Gemma in the Bishop Auckland store who helped me with a bed for my daughter. We were looking for a particular colour in a certain size and after searching many bed shops we found exactly what we were looking for. Great customer service, thank you 😊

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. No pressure to buy but fab advice & support. Felt comfortable to try & take our time. The member of staff was outstanding in her knowledge & approach.

Very pleasant staff

Very pleasant staff, had plenty of time for us & never rushed.
Colin & Reece credit to the company, very polite & professional.
The whole process from visiting the shop to receiving the mattrass was flawless & won't hesitate to recommend Bensons.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Buying a new mattress is a strange experience. You’re encouraged to lie down on a bed and roll over in the middle of a shop. It’s always best if there are other shoppers there at the same time doing the same as you 🤣🤣🤣
