Bensons For Beds - Bicester Arvostelua

Rowan in the bicester store was very helpful and delivered a great efficient service i was very happy with

The salesperson Rowan was very knowledgeable and was able to provide information on the type of mattresses that we would need. We decided on the information not the price, as I am conscious that we needed a mattress which would stand up to being sat on on the edge as my husband needs extra support.

Helpful sales assistant in helping me to choose the best bed for my needs

Lovely Bicester showroom. Excellent sales attention from George. Lovely display of beds and mattresses..and pillows. Simply can't wait for my luxury sale bargains to arrive!

This is the third time we have used this company. The first and second time was a shambles from start to finish. As they had the bed we wanted we thought we would try one more time. On entering the shop we were greeted by a very professional salesman, who gave us confidence to continue with our purchase. We told him of our previous experiences and he assured us that the company had changed and we would have no problems. HOW WRONG HE WAS. We were told our bed would be delivered Dec 15th and all week we received correspondence confirming this. At 17:10 on the evening of the 14th Dec we received a call stating that our bed would not be delivered because they had no stock. On further investigation we found out that our bed had been delivered to the wrong depot. At no point did they show any empathy or try to help us out as we now had no bed all over christmas. Their attitude was... wait for it or cancel the order. So cancel the order we did. Benson For Beds.....WE WONT BE SHOPPING WITH YOU AGAIN!.

Excellent service by the the sales manager at the Benson shop in Bicester. He provided a master class on bed design and types to help us decide on what to buy. We now look forward to its delivery and installation.
