Bensons For Beds - Bedford Arvostelua

Excellent product range and quality...the welcome, knowledge and guidance from Marcus was particularly impressive.

I hate shopping, so choosing a bed with a teen daughter was going to be a nightmare. Bensons were great. They gave her a great selection and demonstrated the comfort while keeping directed towards my budget choices. As this ordered less than 2 weeks before Christmas I was worried I might be best to wait for the sales; Bensons agreed to match any sale price and true to their word I got a call just minutes after 9 on boxing day, informing me of the sale price and my price reduction. Result!

your staff member was very helpful

Apologies for delay in submitting review. Masoom was very helpful, courteous, excellent in his advice, showing us two types of ottoman beds, headboards, choice of material, then left us to peruse & there for any questions we had, which we had re remote controled ottoman. Excellent in advising us on delivery etc. Would recommend Masoon to any prospective buyer.

Very good purchasing experience. Marcus was very helpful in ensuring we purchased what would meet our needs.

I was impressed with the sales person Marcus. He listened to me, then showed the relevant beds and matteress, he gave good advice and did not apply any pressure or incentives to make the sales. Applied the correct discounts which made quite a different price.. Thank you for your patience and advice
Good job done by the sales person

Marcus was very helpful in making us choosing the right bed and mattress. He gave us time to choose and we are very happy with the choice. Our sleeping has improved greatly. Marcus arranged everything delivery and installation.
Thank you Marcus you are a great guy!

Very knowledgeable staff & a great range of products

Our experience at Bensons for Beds was a real tonic. We were treated with true customer service. It was the right balance between being helpful and leaving us to browse whilst giving us all the information we needed to make a decision.
We intended to look around at other shops but we didn't because we felt very confident and happy with our choice thanks to Maz for providing excellent customer service.

Very helpful and efficient.

From the moment we stepped into the store in Bedford, Elizabeth's professional, knowledgeable and patient approach was pivotal in our decision to purchase one of your premium mattresses. We were delighted with the service.

Absolutely Outstanding Service and Mattresses!

We recently purchased two mattresses, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! The quality of the mattresses is top-notch – super comfortable, supportive, and exactly what we needed for a great night’s sleep.

But what really made the experience exceptional was Marcus. His knowledge, patience, and dedication to helping us find the perfect match were truly impressive. Marcus went above and beyond, offering personalized advice that made all the difference.

If you’re looking for not only the best mattresses but also phenomenal customer service, ask for Marcus! He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Mas, the store manager in Bedford was on hand to assist me with my choice of bed. He is very knowledgeable and as well as his professional manner he was very friendly and accommodating. I got a great deal on a mattress too. He went the extra mile by asking his team ( thanks to them too) to take the mattress I wanted out from the back so I could try it on a bed.
If you are looking for a bed, go to Bensons, can’t wait for it to arrive.

Great staff who are very knowledgeable about their products. Relaxed viewing, we were given time to look and try out although help was offered. Good range of products and prices.

This review is specifically for the Bedford Branch (Maz) who helped us with an issue we had with our mattress, he was proactive and a great help getting our mattress.

From the moment we came through the door we were made welcome. We told the ladies (Kyan & Darior) what we were looking for and they directed us to the right location in the shop, there was no pressure selling and they were always available to answer any questions we had. Well pleased with the price and the service we were given.

We were looking for a bed but were not sure what to buy. Marcus was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions!
We would definitely go back there again.

The young gentleman Who served us was really patient and helpful with all advice and answers to our questions.
