As we were looking at the huge choice of beds available, an assistant came over and she was very helpful in helping us narrow down what we wanted. We were soon able to find exactly the right bed and headboard that we wanted and place an order which was very straightforward. The assistant was very thorough in explaining the process and answered any questions we had. The whole experience was much quicker than I expected and a very positive one.
