Basildon Store
From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel welcome and free to browse on our own, but help was readily available if we needed it. No pressure sales just helpful and friendly service from Rachael. Would recommend this store.

We was very disappointed with the…
We was very disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery driver was rude and very reluctant to take the new mattress upstairs. He did eventually take it up, but only after making it clear he didn’t want to and complaining about the stairs.
He also told us that we had ordered the wrong bed and implied that our house was unsuitable because the stairs were difficult.
We understand deliveries can be challenging, but the attitude and lack of willingness to help were unacceptable and really let down what should have been an exciting purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the experience you had during your delivery. What should have been an exciting moment clearly became a stressful one, and that’s not the standard of service we expect for our customers.
I’m very concerned to hear that the delivery driver was rude, reluctant to take the mattress upstairs, and made comments suggesting you had ordered the wrong bed or that your home was unsuitable. We will be feeding this back.
If there is anything more we can do to put this right or support you further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We genuinely value your custom and want to make sure you feel looked after,
Megan at Customer Care

Great customer service!
We had been looking for a bed for weeks and quite frankly ready to give up.
Then we visited the Benson's at Mayflower and was warmly greeted by Rachel. Her approach and manner was warm and yet professional. Her kind and honest approach helped us make the decision to purchase our bed and mattress there. We received our bed 3 weeks later and so far, so good!
