Plenty of advice in store and help to choose the right mattress for our needs. Delivery drivers went above and beyond to ensure our bed was delivered to the bedroom despite limited access.

Staff in the shop were very helpful. Though we were told delivery was a week for both double and king. Ordered king in error and now told double would be in November over the phone

Still waiting for my mattress.
Ii went in and bought a king sized mattress from Benson beds in Banbury on 7th Oct 25. Unfortunately they did not have one in store. I was told by the manager there would be one on the next days delivery. When I went to collect it, there was no mattress. I was told it would definitely be here on Tues 14th Oct. Today. Still no mattress. I can not move into my home without a bed. I bought it in store so I could have it quickly. Now I am being told Thursday. I'm very disappointed with Bensona beds.
