Bensons For Beds - Banbury Arvostelua 

After an awful experience with a Therapur bed from Dreams that collapsed one side after 3 years & they refused to help, we decided that we were not going to spend anymore money at their stores. So we tried Bensons. Helpful staff that took time to discuss what we wanted. They even moved different mattresses to different bases so we could try all options. We haven’t got the actual bed yet so will update when it arrives but reassured with the 10 year guarantee that is included for free (Dreams take note!) Fingers crossed the bed lives up to our expectations!

For me, the thought of buying a new bed and mattress was very daunting. However, the service I had was so good and took all the stress away. I was guided all the way from choosing a mattress type to the type of frame and headboard that I needed without feeling any pressure.

We liked the fact we were given space and time, and at no time did we feel pressured. We were left to roam and then Mandy checked in with us answered our questions gave us some suggestions on how to narrow down our search and again gave us space, before checking in again and giving us some more information to help with the final decision. Mandy was knowledgeable and informative, listened to what we wanted and helped us make an informed decision.

Excellent customer service from Pete and it made a big difference seeing the physical bed rather than just viewing pictures online.

Good experience

We went into the Banbury store expecting to just have a look and then order something online. However, we walked away with a mattress after just an hour thanks to the knowledge and advice of Mandy - not pushy at all but super helpful advice in making our decision. Thank you!

Naomi was very knowledgable and professional. She answered our questions without being overpowering and left us to chat and browse the beds. We only came in to browse but ended up buying 2 beds, 2 mattresses and two headboards. Well done Naomi, a credit to Bensons!

Peter the manager was great. We explained how we sleep and the issues we were having with our current mattress. We went on the test mattress and it went through the different firmness ratings. We tried several mattresses. Peter explained the differences of all the mattresses that we tried, and suggested pillows to suit our sleeping positions.

We had already seen the item to purchase so asked for assistance. The sales consultant was polite and very friendly. He offered to show the item in different colours on the iPad. We made our choice. The purchase was handled efficiently and we were wished a good day. Great service from great staff
