Bensons For Beds - Aylesford Arvostelua

Tom was excellent, his knowledge was great

Vikki who we dealt with was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Stewart walked us through the various products and made it simple to make an informed choice on our purchase.

Website is fine. I had originally gone into your shop where I was told I could not use blue light discount in conjunction with any other offer & because they were running a offer the blue light could not be used. The information they gave me on beds was very very good. I went home as not to impulse buy & to research my intended purchase. I went on Bensons website to purchase the intended beds & found I COULD use blue light! So I got further discount which is the opposite of what I was informed by your employee. When we went back to the shop, the employee recognised us & looked happy to see us, we wanted to check the bed we had purchased. When we told them that we had already ordered online they did not even get out of their chair. They had a face like thunder & all customer service immediately evaporated into thin air. I am not made of money & as much as I would like to purchase in store I will do what is best for me. I will not spend extra if I do not have to. You should make the price the same in the shop so that you get more footfall in your shops which are completely dead!

DREADFUL SERVICE. After requesting (and having a full conversation with the incompetent sales person) that my old bed needed to be collected due to it being a super king and agreeing to pay the £100 charge, I was told on the day of delivery of my new bed that this service had not been included. I am now stuck with 2 beds in the same room. Customer services would not arrange for the old bed to be collected as the new one had been delivered, even though the lorry drivers said they could arrange it. The email on their invoice is wrong. Go elsewhere if you want good customer service.

Good prompt service Excellent product choice.

Needed a new mattress for our son, the salesman explained what mattress would be the best options in a friendly professional manner. Purchased the mattress with no issues and in good time. Will purchase again from here.

All round welcoming professional attitude from staff and product knowledge helped us make a good choice.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Whole process of choosing a new bed and mattress was a faultless experience.

Tom was great , very knowledgeable on the product, excellent customer service

The sales chap was very informative and the sale price was a bonus

Recently purchased a mattress from Stewart at Bensons in Maidstone. Excellent customer service, excellent knowledge and advice. We explained that we had purchased a bed frame elsewhere due to costs but this did not phase Stewart or make him treat us any differently. All round excellent experience

Visited the Aylesford Store, met by Vicki, who was friendly, helpful and super efficient, listened to what we wanted, pointed us in the right direction, and base/mattress chosen without fuss or pressure, was a delight having her deal with our order

staff were really helpful and products were available to try

Merry Christmas Stewart, thanks for all your good advice and superb service

Great service, they was so helpful

Bensons For Beds provided an average experience. Tom and the other staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through the bed selection process and answering all our questions. While the service was helpful, there was nothing particularly outstanding that sets it apart. Overall, a standard visit to the store.

Very helpful staff. Great service.

Great customer service. Not pushing for the commission. Would recommend
