Excellent service
I dealt with Lyndsey in the Aintree branch in Liverpool. She was friendly and professional. She wasn't pushy at all and guided us round the shop to the matress I was looking for.
The whole process was easy and excellent communication up until the matress was delivered which was the exact date and time specified.
Overall a good experience.

Bought a single bed base and headboard. Great quality lovely fabric. Guys who delivered rang beforehand and carried the base into the house. Great service throughout from buying in store to delivery. Lots of communication via email with dates and delivery slot, which was really helpful.

Well laid out shop with a huge selection. Lyndsy was nice and very helpful in helping us choose our mattress.
After using the bed for a time we’re not whole happy with it. After Lyndsy saying we needed a medium mattress but because I mentioned it was going on a sprung base we were told we would need a firm mattress. We also told her we always buy a sprung mattress but her suggestion was to have a foam type. Being of an elderly age it isn’t practical for us to turn it around every couple of months. Luckily enough we recycle our old mattress to our 2nd bedroom which we now use.
