A company all about themselves not the customers. Unhelpful and not willing to help unless they have profited from you previously. I thought the lady in the Manchester branch was rude and my advice would be to deal with Silva timber or someone else you can find.

Excellent red western cedar supplied by Benchmark both Elaine and Paul were extremely helpful timber is excellent quality and I think I may have over ordered with 10% wastage allowance as so far wastage has been minimal as no splits in the planks have been found.
Good mix of colours in the batch and can recommend the secret fix gives an excellent finish
