Befara Arvostelua 

Encomendei uma armário e uma cómoda para o quarto do meu filho, ao mesmo tempo. Enviaram-me a cómoda e ainda estou quase um mês à espera que enviem o armário. Em termos de tempo de entrega não são muitos bons.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible.
I ordered an exercise machine on 13th March. They took €722 from my account immediately but never delivered the machine.
I told them to cancel the order and refund the money.
On 2nd May they cancelled the order but never refunded the money. It is now 25th May.
I have emailed them multiple times and they just ignore me.

Ho ordinato un letto modello trix a marzo, dopo aver eseguito il pagamento mi è stato proposto un altro tipo di letto perché quello da me scelto non era più disponibile. (Tuttora è pubblicizzato dal sito) hanno eseguito lo storno ma non ho riavuto i miei soldi. Sto ancora aspettando. Spesso non rispondono neppure ai miei solleciti.

j'ai passé une commande le 19 sur le site, il est indiqué qu'elle sera expédiée dans 4 jours, elle a été expédiée le 23 jusqu'à présent, je n'ai pas reçu ma commande.

Sur la qualité des matériaux j'ai rien à dire, c'est top. Par contre le manuel d'installation est trop basique et mal détaillé. les étapes ne sont pas claires et on a failli casser toute l'armoire lorsqu'on a voulu assembler les étagères avec la base. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas ces étapes. On a mis presque une journée pour la monter. (2 à 3 personnes). Encore une fois, sur la qualité et l'habillage c'est top.

We received the furniture; it was well packaged and the instructions are easy to follow. The WhatsApp contact replies within 12 to 24 hours. The furniture is good in terms of price-quality ratio. The delivery was quite fast — about 15 days, including weekends. The only issue was that the item showed as delivered even though we hadn’t actually received it yet. However, when we asked about it, they responded quickly. That part could be improved. Other than that, very good service.

El armario es bonito pero la calidad es malísima

El espejo tiene una raja en la parte inferior, uno de los tiradores de la puerta está roto y faltan piezas: los fijadores del espejo a la puerta, el soporte de la barra colgadora

I cancelled an order and never received a refund or a response… I can’t reach out to them and never replied to any of my 10 emails. DO NOT TRUST ❌

Ordinato a novembre 2024 un letto, dopo un ritardo di 3 mesi ho annullato l'ordine e devo ancora essere rimborsata. Ho chiamato più volte il call-center e mi dicono che a settimane arriverà il rimborso! ... no comment

Möbelstück wurde defekt angeliefert.
1 Schraube hat gefehlt.
Die E Mail Adresse, die mir für die Reklamation genannt wurde, war falsch.
Schlechte Kommunikation und Reklamationsmanagement.

Kommunikation war nicht möglich trotz mehrerer Anrufe (auf der kostenpflichtigen Hotline)
Lieferung wurde von einer nicht deutschsprachigen Firma übernommen.
Ware ist schön aber bestellen würde ich da nie wieder.

I was expecting a different kind of furniture. The quality is very scarse, very thin material, practically made of cardboard. The bar for the hangers is a wooden stick covered with a metal looking adhesive all around it. Plus not easy to assemble, you need proper tools and 2 persons to di it properly. AND it arrived dammaged (normal given the poor quality). The customer service didn't reply to my email. Would not recommend the company nor their products.
I tried to make an evaluation on their website but it is not working, I wonder why!

Ho ordinato un armadio e una credenza, mi arrivano 3 colli: una parte di armadio identica x tre (due di altre persone e il mio rovinato dal trasporto e l'ho segnalato all ricezione).
Ci mettono 3 mesi a affrontare la cosa e si trattengono le spese postali per reso...
e mi lasciano da smaltire la parte rotta...
Veramente sconsigliati...

Commande annulée pour défaut d'approvisionnement. Aucun remboursement au bout de 2 mois. Le service client met 2 semaines à répondre à un mail pour dire que la demande de remboursement est en cours de traitement. Ne surtout pas commander sur ce site.

Que d'avis défavorables c'est HONTEUX.
CONCLUSION : JE N'ACHÈTERAI JAMAIS CHEZ EUX.

I placed an order for a bed base on 21 February. It arrived by courier on 06 March but had been badly damaged in transit so I did not accept the order. I contacted Befara immediately, with photographic evidence of the damage and they said they could not replace it for at least a month as they had no stock. As the bed base was needed urgently for our rental property, I was unable to wait for this amount of time, I asked for a refund. Befara agreed to refund but despite numerous emails and Whatsapp messages, some of which remain unanswered, I have to date, not received the refund.
