Beegone - Thornemere Group Arvostelua 

I made a bit of a worried call to Beegone as we thought we may have a nest in our cavity wall. Mollie totally calmed me down and explained a few things. I sent a small video of the bees and a close up picture for Mollie and her colleagues to assess. Within 5 minutes they confirmed they were solitary bees and also a link about how to deal with them. Fantastic service and definitely no hard sell to come out. Thank you for your help

Rang Beegone today as we have a problem with bees in the house, I got a call back very quickly. They were very knowkedgable and were able to identify what type of bee just by a photo. They were very helpful and gave some good advice. I would recommend this company

We thought we had a bee problem so rang Beegone for their advice and they were so friendly on the phone. They were able to identify that we had a wasp not bee problem on the phone saving any unnecessary trips and payment and provided advice on who to contact instead. Extremely friendly and would highly recommend them.

We had a large swarm of honey bees take up inside our flue chimney with them finding holes out into the bedroom and kitchen. I phoned Beegone but there was no answer so I left a message as "they will get back to you as soon as they can". Waited hours and no call back so phoned again - no answer again so pressed the option for "emergency" which put me through to the exact same answer phone. Left another message stressing the urgency. 2 days on and nobody has ever called back - these are not the people to call if you have an emergency situation!

EDIT: In response to the reply below - contrary to the implication made, I phoned during core office hours (3 times) and left the message on the first call that day. You most certainly do advertise an emergency number in so far as that's the first thing your message says - "If it's an emergency, press 1". As it stands, this is now the SIXTH day since the swarm of bees came and not even a phone call back from Beegone... I have since spoken to a number of bee removal and pest control companies and they ALL answered the phone first time, let alone failed to reply after 6 days! How can you have time to reply to a review on here when you've still not returned emergency calls from customers after 6 days??

Beegone removed a large live bee colony from a roof space, they were efficient and professional and left the roof in good condition. We would recommend them.

BeeGone did a top quality job for us and I would absolutely recommend them for those in need (we really needed to resolve the issue of our bees nest in the chimney - they were getting into the house and year on year, the situation was worsening). Their service was excellent...they clearly know their stuff, the quality of work was superb and they were responsive, tidy and personable.

The only reason I didn't give a full 5 star rating is cost...it hurts...so whilst it's top quality, it's most definitely top dollar!!

I had bees in my chimney. Beegone greatly exaggerated the risks and the amount of work required to correct. I was told the chimney stack had to be taken down by more than 1 metre and the flue had to be cleared from below by breaking in through brick and plaster within the house. I signed a fixed price contract on this basis for over £8000. They removed the bees, and swept the chimney by removing and replacing the chimney pot. This took 3 men less than a day to complete. A chartered surveyor estimated the cost of the work done to be £2000. I subsequently learnt that in some National Trust properties there have been bee infestations for years without ill effects. Perhaps it did not need doing at all? I feel I have been conned out of £6000.
