We had our $6000 Tempur mattress delivered this morning. We paid The Bed Shed extra to take away our old mattress, as we are a bit old to lift things like that.
So,I expected that we would have nothing to get rid of......WRONG ! They shipped the mattress in the biggest carton I have ever seen and refused to take it with them. They left the monstrous piece of crap, in our hallway.

The mattress was that hot thru summer it put me in hospital twice with dehydration! Doctors and GP didn’t know what was happening but the only thing the hospital could find when taken there by the ambulance with symptoms of fatigue and fainting was terrible dehydration. After being put on a drip for hours I came good. Months of tests found nothing and after telling them I have a new mattress that’s very hot and I wake up in a lather of sweat every morning they told me because of sweating all night my body got drained of fluids. Summer nearly cost me my life and after being out of pocket for the mattress, tests and hydration supplies all summer my repeated calls to the company never got anywhere. Last time I called the store manager called back and told me she would ring back after talking to the store owner. Never heard anything from anybody after that. 10 year warranty and I had to buy a second mattress from a different company less that a year after buying this one. Not great at all!!!! Being on the pension I could have done without being out of pocket thousands of dollars, 2 mattresses, costs of tests that weren’t covered by Medicare and hydration fluid all summer. Worst year of my life and worst purchase I have ever had!!

Jaynie served me today in the Morley store. I needed a new mattress and didn’t know where to start. She was friendly and fun, and her service was extremely helpful. Helped me find the PERFECT mattress & offered a great price! Very happy, definitely recommend!
Great selection however they take 5 days for delivery so if you need a bed in a hurry best to think about that first before purchasing.
