Worst experience of buying car from here...!! Yes I gave positive review before as I was forced to and initially I made to feel like I am precious customer to them but here is the crack... they stop listening to you when you complain to them regarding problems you are facing with your car purchase. I lost my £5700 for car+ £2700 for repairs occurred and these guys didn't care. It was my hard earned money for average earning family. They sold me garbage and I lost it by scrapping my car. They leave you with nothing... STOP BUYING FROM THESE GUYS AND COMPANY... FRAUDSTERS...!!🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

Bought a 64 plate Seat Leon in October 2024 when I went to pick it up was informed that the MOT had not been done the previous day so had to hang around Leighton Buzzard for an hour , they did put an advisory right the following Wednesday free for inconvenience. I put the Leon in for part exchange on 03/04/26 and the dealer discovered that the rear offside corner had been damaged and repaired with filler and had a poor paint job and there were small areas where the primer was visible. This knocked £1000 off PX value, they didn't tell me about the damage when I went to view the car.

Bought my BMW 1 Series from them on 06/09/2025, excellent service, quick and went through many options with me.

A few days later, I began having issues with the car. They have refused to do work so attempted to claim on the vehicle warranty (the dealer, not me) on the vehicle (12/09/2025). I raised these issues with the garage and they have not replied to me directly.

I have made an official complaint regarding the sale of the vehicle and the non-disclosed issues at point of sale.
If you're buying a vehicle from here, please be sure you do a full check using VehicleSmart App or a reputable source. Make sure you inspect the vehicle fully.

Update: It's now November. Car has been off-road more than on-road. Repair work was carried out, but not fully completed. Vehicle returned with more damage. Missing items (belongings) that were in the vehicle, vehicle came back with less fuel than sent up with. Now going through Finance company to complete all repairs. I've had a total of 20 days on the road (if that). Further update, I managed to get my vehicle sorted in February at my own cost. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE.

Update: It's now December. I've been through numerous back-and-forth with the garage. I am now making legal claims against Bedfordshire Car Sales as I have to pay £3k+ to get the vehicle sorted.

I made a 200+ mile journey and part-ex'd my old vehicle for this one.

The initial service was great - they've refused to do the repair work at their costs. I can refuse the vehicle but chances are I won't get finance again for a while.
They've left me in one heck of a predicament and financial stress so I would avoid these people at all costs.

Add on: Bedfordshire Car Sales state that this was not their issue, however paperwork I have - thanks to my finance company, state that this was their fault and was an issue at the point of sale - to this day, they ignore my messages and refuse to actually discuss the issue at hand. They deny all knowledge of it and falsify repairs. If anyone would like to see the proof, please do message me on my Facebook.

AVOID! Bought a bmw 1 series, 1 day later problem, took them 4 weeks to diagnose the problem and fix, 2 months later 4 more things wrong with it! Absolutely useless garage and mechanics. Taking them to small claims court on saturday because all gone silent. Clueless and useless. STAY AWAY

Today, i needed a passenger headlight bulb for my vauxhall astra estate. It was a bit of a chore to replace but the two guys who dealt with it sorted it out. Would highly recommend Bedfordshire cars.

I bought a car from the dealership, and it’s been nothing but problems. No records of supposed repairs, and clear lies from the offset.

Selling cars that are clearly defective, DO NOT USE!

STAY AWAY from this company! Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an engineer come and fix my washing machine. Which he did. The washing machine is now working. But I came home and opened my kitchen door which over laps the washing machine and it’s came off its hinges. The engineer has clearly either lent on the door and when putting the door back on, has broken it. They told me the photos show it being okay when he left. But what he’s done is wedge the bracket back on and close the door so it’s looks fine. But when I’ve gone to open it. It’s just came off its hinges. I’ve called the office 3 times and they are not willing to do anything. I’ve been quoted £50 to fix this. Yes it may be a lot of money but to pay out for something that was done by someone else. Has left me fuming! Please do not use this company. Rude, disrespectful on the phone and not helpful or willing to fix a problem their engineer caused.

Great at selling you a car that's not fit for the road. Knowing that my now wife is heavily pregnant, they sold her a car that had a faulty Clutch, we had the car less then a week and they have had it since, constant story change around the time frame of ordering the part which never seems to arrive, we got the finance company involved as they were avoiding our calls and fobbing us off and even still they haven't repaired the car and now blame the manufacture for the delay in the part arriving. Maybe this is true but with more ducking and diving then a dodge ball team we have lost complete faith in them.

Avoid buying from this Company unless you have the car checked out first by someone you trust!

Avoid like the plague if you want your vehicle to last more then 3 months got a van from these guys and let’s just say I’ve had problems after problems.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Initially the car I wanted was enroute to us but developed a fault. Rather than sell us a faulty vehicle they rung and apologised then sourced us a better vehicle and had it delivered to us by midnight on the same day!!

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. They sold my friend a Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2018, and after checking with Mercedes, we discovered the mileage had been clocked back and wasn’t genuine. Within two weeks of purchase, the engine light came on, and I’ve since had to spend £5,000 on a new engine.

The owner is incredibly rude and dismissive. We’re now in the process of taking them to court.

Avoid this place at all costs—absolute scammers! Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable dealer instead.
