A very satisfying experience

First time purchasing from this website and over it was a good experience. Item was dispatched quickly and arrived safely.
I’ve taken 1 star off as the packaging on the item was not sealed as I’d normally expect it to be. Contents appear to be fine though.

Stressful because of the delivery company.…
On 9th January I received an email from Evri saying my Beauty Flash parcel had been delivered. I looked everywhere in the dark & pouring rain . No parcel. I then went to see my neighbours & they went to considerable trouble looking for my Beauty Flash parcel. Nothing. I contacted Evri & Beauty Flash. My parcel was delivered on 14 th January. Meanwhile Beauty Flash had sent me a form which I signed. This is not the first time I have had problems with Evri. In my opinion they are not a reliable company & I would say it is unfortunate that Beauty Flash choose to use them . For this reason I would think twice before buying Beauty Flash again which is a shame because their prices are good & they dealt with my problem efficiently.
