The product I received is not what I…

The product I received is not what I ordered. I have contacted them, but I haven’t received any response so far. Their attitude toward customers is very unprofessional. I will never order from this website again.

Zero Communication and Pure Ignorance

I would give no stars at all if possible. Communication at zero, no phones are answered, with constant voice mail directing for Whatsapp contact for a quicker response, nothing from Whatsapp either, even though they have read my multiple messages. I take it as an absolute customer ignorance, as such - never again. There are plenty of other companies, who will look after their customers with a right attitude.
