Sent me the wrong product, the cheaper gift set. I then had to send back and wait for a refund, no replacement, left without my products for 2 weeks

Great price for an item that was not easy to find in other stores. Arrived quickly. Very happy.

Excellent service and speedy delivery. Love my perfumes.

Rang them check item instinct..
They said yes.
Then recieved wrong item.
Was dubious as never used company before.. hence rang to check if actually could speak to someone.
They refused send right item till I returned the other.. but I dont trust now they will actually send anything or I will revieve any old item because what I wanted They dont actually have

Appalling customer service. They sent out the wrong colour for the item I ordered. Made me send photos and return it, promising to send out correct colour. I never heard back from them having done this and called again to be told they were sending out correct item 1st class. Today I get told they have refunded me (more than 10 days after I placed the order). They dont answer the phone or respond to emails.

Great company. My items arrived quick & were very well packed. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Best price around even with adding postage which is always a good thing.
Fast dispatch and delivery.
I would definitely recommend

Easy to order website fast delivery and good value for money.=Happy customer .
Thank you HB

As so many other reviews say, this company is pretty poor, I wish I had checked the reviews first before ordering. One of my items arrived damaged and dirty obviously old stock that has been hanging around for years. Not the sort of thing you would keep for yourself never mind give as a gift. I emailed the same day that it arrived, they informed me I would have to cover the return postage. I replied that no I am not paying to return a damaged item that has clearly been sent out that way. Then they asked for photos, not a problem. No refund given, think I am going to have to go through my bank. I would advise AVOID!!

REAL PERSON REVIEW!! IM NOT BEING PAYED OR A BOT, IM A LEGIT REGULAR PERSON -
i was abit unsure about buying from here as i had seen a few negative reviews saying they had issues with their item(s) and trying to get a hold of customer service was a nightmare. beauty scent was the cheapest around for what i wanted so i took the punt, lol. it’s just arrived today and didn’t take long to get here either. all seems good and legit and the perfume smells strong and how it usually does! obviously, i’m not speaking for everyone and people who have had issues with their order unfortunately must have just been unlucky. definitely a legit site and does send u the real deal but if customer service is an issue with them then unfortunately, it’s just a chance u have to take with purchasing. all good my end, may not risk another purchase tho 😂 thank you for reading!

A present for my daughter lovely packaging and she was very happy .
