Hi Tom,
Thank you for your review and for highlighting the good price and delivery speed — we’re glad you were pleased with those parts of your experience.
We only sell 100% genuine products which have a 100% guarantee, sourced directly from authorised distributors. If a fragrance ever seems different to what you’ve had before, it can sometimes be due to batch variations from the brand itself — but we take every concern seriously.
We have a robust process in place to protect our customers: any suspected faulty or altered product is independently tested. If an issue is found, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund. Please get in touch with our customer care team at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk so we can arrange this for you and put your mind at ease.
Kind regards,

Shocking after sales service from Beauty Scent. I placed an order through Wowcher on 17 December only to be told the order was lost. I have been waiting for a refund since and have also contacted Wowcher. Beauty Scent did not follow up and simply stated to contact Wowcher. Will never use again

Hello Vicki,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how frustrating it is when things don’t go as planned. Your order was placed via Wowcher, which means the payment and refund process is handled directly by them, and we do not have access to issue refunds on their behalf.
As soon as we were made aware that your order was lost, we advised you to contact Wowcher so they could arrange the refund for you in line with their policies. That said, we’re always happy to assist with updates or to liaise with them on your behalf where possible.
We value every customer, whether buying directly from us or via a partner, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t meet expectations.
If you would like to try purchasing from us direct, please contact us at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk and we will ensure this is handled perfectly for you.

Fast delivery and excellent priced products
This was my first time shopping on this website, and I was worried because of the reviews. I purchased the Elemis men's set on 1st Dec and received my order on 3rd Dec. The price was better than any other website. Yes, I would use them again as I had a very positive experience.

Hello Kadie,
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We have fully investigated your order and can confirm it was dispatched promptly and tracking shows it was delivered to the address provided. You later raised a chargeback through your card provider, which was successful, so the full amount has already been refunded to you by your bank.
We understand how important it is for customers to feel confident when ordering online, which is why we always rely on tracking and payment provider processes to ensure fairness for both parties.

Hello Anna,
We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. We’ve fully investigated your order with eBay and can confirm that the Miracle perfume you purchased is 100% genuine and safe for continued use. eBay has confirmed in writing that the product does not contain any prohibited ingredients and that there is no safety recall.
It’s possible that the email you received from eBay was an automated product listing notice rather than an official safety warning, which can happen if an item is incorrectly flagged by their system. We understand how this can cause confusion.
Regarding your return, we have not been able to locate confirmation of the item arriving back to us. If you have proof of return, please contact us directly at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk so we can review and resolve this for you.
We are a genuine UK retailer and take customer safety and service very seriously — this includes working with both eBay and Trading Standards whenever needed.

Amazing Barbie and Ken perfumes!
The Barbie and Ken perfumes are amazing. Really worth buying them. The Barbie has a feminine, floral and fruity scent, whilst the Ken has a masculine, woody scent. Both are very versatile for evening and the day, and last the entire day without needing to top up. As a bonus, the bottles are vibrant and fun as decorations! 100% recommend, they smell like high-end perfumes but for a fraction of the price!

Scammers do not use beauty scent!!!
I ordered from beauty scent on the 9th September and I never received my order.
I have emailed and asked for a refund multiple times and I always get the same message back from a person called Kyle and I’m sure they are using a bot of some sort to reply to emails.
If you are thinking of buying anything from this website I wouldn’t! They have absolutely ripped me off

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Your order from 9 September 2024 was dispatched promptly, and Royal Mail tracking showed it as delivered. When you contacted us to say it had not arrived, we followed our due diligence process with the courier, which can take a little time to complete. We did ask for further information which was not forthcoming which also delayed process.
As soon as this process was finished, your order was refunded in full the very next day. We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and want to reassure all customers that we always work to resolve such situations fairly.
