I have purchased from this store before and was content with my purchase and delivery speed a few years back. I placed an order on March 1st, 2022 and I never got a tracking number. I started to become worried when I received emails about reviewing my purchase when I never received my item. I need the item for an even but I never anticipated for it to take this long. So I contacted them via the email listed on the website and Shop app. I received no response to any emails I’ve sent. So I received via Instagram which was useless. (They told me to send an email and that I would receive my item soon). I finally did a follow up after waiting a week or so I was left on read and my item was refunded after a whole MONTH. The service and communication was poor but I’m grateful that I got my money back. My advice would be to avoid this store.

I have NEVER received a tracking number to be NOTIFIED of an unpaid customs fee! I received an email (March 1,2022) stating my order was confirmed and the very same day I received another email stating my items is preparing to ship nothing else! And another email on March 13,2022 to review my purchase which I never got!

I ordered from here previously, in July 2021. The item never arrived. Communication was slow, I tried via email and Instagram, where I was being ignored. I heard nothing, but I did eventually get a full refund, which I learnt of from an automatic email notification only.
After this experience I was dubious to return. However I gave the small boutique the benefit of the doubt and gave them a second chance.
I ordered again in February 2022.
The parcel arrived this time, however the sizing was completely off, the shorts fitted, but the blazer was massive and definitely not a size 10. Not only that, but there was a small black mark on the lapel of the blazer. I emailed and did not get a reply, so once again tried to get in touch on Instagram, where I explained I had emailed but not had a reply. The DM on Instagram was replied to, asking me to email their customer service department - so clearly they hadn't read my message.
I eventually got an email. They did not address me in the email, they did not apologise, all that was sent was a link to their returns section on their website.
Despite this lack of customer service, I followed the information and sent the return back, tracked. I received notification from the courier that it had arrived but I heard nothing from Beaut Boutique. Therefore, I had to chase and ask that they confirmed receipt of the item and ask for a refund. Again, I did receive a reply, which didn't address me, or sign off the email, asking for the tracking number.
I of course, provided all of the information.
Again, I received no further contact, just a refund for the item.
I had asked for the item to be refunded, and the original postage cost, due to having to pay to return the item myself.
Therefore, when I only received a refund for the item and not the cost of delivery, I emailed again, stating the consumer contract regulations, asking for my initial postage cost to be refunded.
At this point, the response I received was this and only this - 'we would only refund the original postage fee if the item was damaged was the item damaged if it was please enclose a photo many thanks'
Not only was the item damaged, as it was marked, like I explained in my initial email to them, it does not need to be damaged, and they should return original postage regardless. I obviously couldn't now take a photo of the item, as they had asked me to return it and had not asked me to take photos before I returned it. I explained all of this and that it was part of the law when purchasing items online, but they just ignored me.
Of course, this made me angrier.
I emailed again and asked if they were just going to ignore me. At this point they replied, saying that they don't offer refunds on postage as they are a small boutique. They also quoted the consumer contract regulations but didn't quote the entire paragraph that explains the rights of returning items. I sent the rest of the paragraph, and explained that not only do I qualify to have this refunded under the consumer contract regulations, but also inline with their own policy of a damaged item, but again, they ignored all of my points and just replied a single line of 'We have never received any photo of the faulty item has this been sent to us many thanks'.
I sent one last email explaining how disappointing the two experiences I have had with them had been. I explained how small boutiques rely on recommendation and that I would be leaving a review.
It is a shame that they were willing to loose clients through breaking the law, all for the sake of £3.99.
It is £3.99 at the end of the day, I am not fussed, but it is the principle of this.
Please AVOID, not only are the clothes not that great quality for the price, often damaged, and sometimes never arrive, but their lack of customer service and care is astonishing. I understand that things go wrong from time to time, and when dealt with correctly, this is no problem, in fact it makes you appreciate the brand even more.
As a small boutique you would think that they would wish to build relationships with their clients, helping when things go wrong. AVOID.

I bought from here for my Christmas Eve outfit and it’s the best quality so lovely. Came quickly and couldn’t recommended them enough. Will definitely order again
