Bear's Brownies Arvostelua 

I sent the Billionaires Brownies to a friend recently who was recovering from an operation instead of flowers and she described them as” heaven on a plate” !

Bought them as a gift for my Brother for his birthday and he says they are "next level". Thank you, what a winner as a gift for someone :)

Yummy! Arrived on time, everyone loved them!

The brownies are nice and well-presented and branded. However, they don't list the ingredients anywhere on the website. I thought I would take a gamble and try them but sure enough, something in them doesn't agree with me. I think ingredients should be listed because there are intolerances other than the standard ones in bold.

Delicious Brownies delivered super quick and on time! Great all around!

The packaging was completely damaged and the brownies were not only squashed but stale.

Amazed by the fast overnight delivery, the site was easy to use and many different brownies to pick from. Recipient was delighted with the present.

I ordered a box of brownies for my son’s birthday 4 weeks beforehand.
The brownies never arrived.
A rather rude person at Bears informed me that they couldn’t guarantee a specific delivery day - even though I had selected this as an order option.
I was then told due to storms they hadn’t been able to deliver. Unfortunately, there were no storms that day.
I was then told there were logistical delays. I understand this happens but by not being informed, I was unable to make alternative arrangements.
My son was going away travelling the following day so I explained a reschedule at a later date wouldn’t work (& it was missing the point of it being a birthday gift/surprise). They still tried to deliver the following day and told me ‘why don’t I have them instead!’
I was also told they would only refund a delivery fee and not the cost of the actual order (which was never received).
I explained it was a birthday gift and I was upset but no apology or understanding of my upset was taken into account.
Sadly, even though the images of the brownies looked great I would never use a company who do not prioritise its customers. Customer communication was abrasive and indifferent.

User friendly website. Great product. Beautifully presented Brownies and incredibly delicious am told by my family who received them. 10/10 Bears Brownies. Highly recommended.

This delivery was a birthday gift for my best friend and it was absolutely perfect. Delicious brownies- gooey and chocolatey and wonderful.

Beautifully packaged brownies arrived bang on time and as requested. I called up as I was concerned I had not received confirmation of delivery. The customer service was outstanding over and above!

This was my first time ordering and I have to say it was a good experience. Yummy brownies, cinnamon bundies, biscoff brownies and salted caramel brownies ordered and all were delicious. They were delivered a day late but that was down to the delivery company not Bears Brownies.

The brownies were a hit!! Delicious and by far the best gluten free anything we've ever tasted. Will order again!!

I ask for delivery on a Sunday which was accepted on the order. The brownies were actually delivered on a Saturday and left next to a bin in the garden. Fortunately they were found but the delivery notification said they were in a porch which they were not.
