I did email Bears4U to send them my recorded file I had no acknowledgement. When I got the bear it was blank so had to record it myself. The instructions were simple enough to follow though.

Bought personalised bear for my Great niece and had it delivered, my nephew and partner were more than pleased.

The Bear came beautifully wrapped and they upgraded it to a slightly bigger size foc as they only had one left of the size I ordered and it was damaged.
They also upgraded the delivery from 2nd class to 1st class without additional cost to make sure it arrived on time.
Definitely will be using them again in the future.

My order almost arrived by return of post! I teared up when I opened the box. ‘Reg’ was beautifully packed and is a gift for my friend’s 84th birthday. She lost her husband, Reg, after 63 years and I know she’ll love her bear who’ll help with her grief. Thank you
