Amazing Customer Service
I had an issue with my order being damaged by the delivery company, i contacted customer services, and was expected to be fobbed off (like you would expect from most companies) but no, not this time. They sorted my issue out immediately to a satisfactory outcome, and i have to say i will DEFINITELY be using this company again for any future BBQ i purchase. This issue has made me recommend this company to 4 or 5 of my friends so thank you for the great service!

Great Customer Service
I had an ultimately good experience with BBQ Barbecues. The were some problems with delivery IT system, leading to a delay, but the customer service manager stepped in and took positive action. Hiccups do happen and I'm pleased to see that management was responsive to my needs and feelings.
