Quick delivery, no hassle

Order a Landmann Kentucky BBQ, great well made product for the price. Fast delivery. Would use again.

Excellent company paid for standard delivery came 2 days latter bbq excellent no parts missing

Good quality, good price, good service.

I was kept informed as to when my delivery was due and the product was as advertised.

Quick delivery. Excellent product. No problems at all

The BBQ works well, took a while to assemble and though it's described as Stainless Steel half of it is not and there is no back to the cupboard space underneath.

I don't normally bother to write reviews so this proves how exceptionally good the pizza oven is. We built it with minimal effort and made the best pizzas ever. The heat from it meant we also stayed out late as it heated our patio. Going to make more today and try the smoker the next. Best Buy ever!!!!

Not used the 310 yet. This was purchased to replace my Outback BBQ that I purchased in 2005. It was stored outside in all weathers with just a cover over it.
Couple of minor problems.
The regulator did not fit my butane cylinders so I used the regulator from my old BBQ.
Two M6 holes were not tapped but I managed to borrow a tap to thread the holes. This only took a few minutes to do after a two day delay to source the loaned tap.
The build quality looks as if it will last longer the my two previous Outback BBQ's
Just need some dry weather

PS I drive a Subaru Outback

Amazingly speedy response to placing our order, quick delivery, easy to put together, and great value for money. Our daughter is thrilled with her gift!!!

Everything was easy , from ordering to delivery.

I purchased a outback barbecue thinking they were good quality but my disgust the main electrode and nut threads were damaged I thought all goods should be checked before they are dispatched. Not customer service asking for a photo of the electrode damaged thread

I recently ordered an 'Outback Magnum 3' BBq from BBQbarbecues mainly because their price was the very best. The BBq arrived a few days later but when I started to remove the items from the box I noticed that one side of the hood was badly damaged. I contacted BBQbarbecues and spoke to Amelea who asked me to send pictures of the damage. I did this and Amelea was extremely helpful and efficient in arranging for a replacement to be sent. This arrived a few days later and this one is absolutely perfect. I'd like to thank Amelea for resolving this problem so efficiently and without fuss - thank you.

great service, very quick delivery

Best price on market for outback meteor. Very helpful delivery guy. Would have given 5 stars but delivered wrong cover. Fixed pretty quick and swapped over in 3 days. Good customer service staff!
