I didn’t know BAV motors existed until…
I didn’t know BAV motors existed until last week. Spotted a car I was looking for and called BAV motors to arrange a viewing the same day. Alex and his brother were very friendly and super helpful with all aspects of looking at this car. They even helped me get a better finance deal and save me money. I had a tyre pressure issue today and went back and Alex sorted it out as per my 6 months warranty (purchased 3 months Extra).
A small family business I highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Such an awful experience
THIS REVIEW RELATES TO BAV MOTOR COMPANY The Pyle Garden Centre, Pyle, Bridgend CF33 6BJ
Attempts have been made by BAV to remove this review, which I will not do .
Such an awful experience. Bought a car from BAV back in April .About 2 weeks later discovered accident damage, since then nothing but problems. Tried to return the car within 30 day window but dealer did not want to know , despite an independent inspection confirming the damage had accrued pre sale .
Car is off the road and has been for several weeks due to the car going over a bump and pulling us in the direction of oncoming traffic , with my 4 month old baby in the car !!!
Dealers response to all of this was to send me a letter from a law firm explaining that the car had been MOT a few weeks before sale with no issues - I’ve had to report the MOT inspector to trading standards as I believe they are working with BAV to pass cars that are not fit for purpose.
Whilst I appreciate 2nd hand cars do go wrong , this one has been a nightmare from day 1 . BAV have just totally fobbed us off to the point that I’ve even had to refer the issue to my local MP . We are a family with 2 small children who rely on a car . We bought the car in good faith as we needed a bigger car . We are so frustrated, angry and upset on how BAV has treated us but will continue to complain until BAV takes back the car and provides us with a full refund ( as is our consumer rights !)

*****AVOID ****The whole experience has been nothing but stressful. Purchased a car from BAV . Discovered whilst topping up the washer fluid that the car had accident damage. Headlight had completely snapped off from its supporting brackets, passenger door was not fitting to frame and there is a clicking noise coming from the steering. gave BAV the chance to put things right but just being ignored. Have had to escalate to lloyds bank the finance provider to request a partial refund. Also problem with deposit refund and part ex finance settlement (they didn't settle the finance !) so had to chase numerous times. I am so annoyed that they have not even had the decency to respond to my emails !!
