Excellent service.
Ordered pack of 2 mobility scooter batteries on Tuesday, and they were delivered Thursday. Phoned them up that same day as needed help because batteries weren't charging. Sent photo as requested of wiring and was told they would study photo and be back in touch. Five mi utes later and a couple of texts and the problem was solved and charging as it should.

Woul 100% use this company again

I recently ordered two replacement batteries for a Manger Camel Elk air cushion. The previous batteries had failed whilst trying to lift a patient. With the new batteries fitted and charged, the unit is now 100% operational again. The batteries arrived via next day delivery as promised....

I also had a follow-up up email a month later with advice on charging, to keep them in the best condition.

It was easy to find the correct replacement battery for my UPS on their website. The price was reasonable, much cheaper than Amazon. Delivery charge was fair. Dispatch and delivery were very fast (by DPD in my case): it arrived the next day. This is the company I will use in future.
