Excellent customer service. Had a bit of a glitch with my delivery due to a change of warehouse, but when I spoke to Customer Services, they did not faff around, they identified the problem immediately and despatched my order within a few minutes, which I received within 2 working days, even though I only asked for 3-5 day delivery. I would definitely use Battery Station again.

Very easy to use website, Good communication/ information sharing and prompt, well packaged, delivery.

The service from this company has deteriorated disastrously recently. I put in an order on the 30th April. They said they sent it on the first of May. Nothing has been received to date (9th May). They assigned me a "ticket number" on the 7th of May for a missing order, but have not contacted me to say what is going on (despite a 24 hour response target). Just phoned them and the person on the phone has no information whatsoever - just promised to pass on a message.
There is a great opportunity for BatteryStation's competitors to take all their business now, because they appear to have lost any ability to solve problems or look after their customers.

Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery. No delivery was made and have not received my order at all.
Tried to communicate with them but just get a ticket number and no response.
I will try to get my money back through PAY PAL.

Have used this company quite a few times and have always received excellent service. Items are exactly as described, priced fairly, and delivered promptly. I always purchase my batteries from BatteryStation as I know that they are reliable and trustworthy, and that my order will be quickly dealt with.

I ordered a small quantity of batteries on 3rd December 2018. The order was placed well before their 4pm cut-off so I paid £9.95 for delivery today, 4th December, by midday. It is now almost 3pm and no sign of my delivery. I have tried to contact them twice by phone and email but completely unsuccessful. I am much less than impressed and will be seeking a refund of the delivery charge at the very least.

I ordered three items on 27/9/18 which were all delivered very promptly, which I was very impressed with. However, one item was 'dead on arrival', and I arranged for it to be returned. It would have been easiest for me to send it back in the post, but instead I had to wait for a courier to collect it as BS said the item had to be sent back to the supplier for testing. The first collection did not materialise. It was however collected on Friday 12th October. The replacement eventually arrived on Monday 5th November, after being told that it would arrive from the supplier on Friday 26th October. Overall I believe that I had to initiate a lot of the communications in this transaction, more than I should have had to. I also don't understand why I couldn't have been supplied a replacement item by return, as my contract was with BS and not the item supplier, who BS should have taken up the issue with subsequently.

Ordered batteries on 1/10/18 and paid for 1 to 2 day delivery. Items still not arrived 5 days later so rang battery station, they said there was a problem with the courier but they would definitely be delivered next day and they would refund priority postage. So now after one week since they were ordered and I received an item dispatched email the batteries are still not here. Rang battery station twice today first receptionist said a colleague would ring me back, didn't happen so rang again and spoke to a girl who didn't have a contact for her line manager, unbelievable. They still didn't know where my batteries are so I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund and now ordered them elsewhere.
This company is shocking, in this day and age how hard can it be to track a delivery? No doubt a manager will reply to this review and apologise, pity I couldn't have spoken on the phone to the manager but remember the girl didn't have a contact number. What a way to run a business. And I still cant get my garage door closed!!!
9/10/18 Update, I was called this morning to confirm they had refunded the full amount of my purchase. Guess what the batteries also arrived today, the envelope had been ripped at the back which exposed the content of the package, this must have been done by the courier Hermes. Battery station said I could keep them.
With regard to couriers, I ordered the same batteries from Amazon yesterday and they were delivered at 4pm today, great service.
It's good to see that the review was looked at and investigated, however it is frustrating when you ring up customer services and keep getting told I will pass this on to my colleague who can deal with this, why can't the person that answers the phone deal with it.

Order placed on 15:35 on 11/4/18 for next day 10:30 delivery - although paid and money in their accounts and had 3 engineers came from Preston with overnight stay, i’ve been told next day that they could not deliver the items due to an issue with their website - although i had an email and confirmation on two occassions that it will be sent to site without fail.

Previously i had this company suggesting in order to receive my items for next day, i must purchase a guaranteed next day delivery,

They agreed to refund me, checked my account since 12:00 today and no payment has been done,

We have sourced batteries from somewhere else but now lost valuable time, therefore a firewatch have been put in place.

Very frasturating situation.

I have been trawling for the best price for a bulk order (for the alarm PIR's). Communicated with various online sellers including sellers on eBay - true to form they were all very inflexible in the pack size they send out (only 20 or 40 - not 24 - why!!)

BatteryStation unit price - being so competitive - i got the best deal for the pack I ordered.

The icing on the cake, delivery within 2 days (this is March 18 and this is despite the "beast from the east"). Long expiry times (10 years) and prompt response for a VAT invoice.

Keep it up folks.

I ordered 6 lithium batteries at noon yesterday at a very good price. Could not believe it but they arrived today a few minuets after noon. THATS WHAT I CALL 5 STAR SERVICE.

When they saw my earlier bad review because I had not received the goods they phoned me - the goods had been lost in the post - they re-posted and I received the next day so - well done and was not their fault

I paid extra, for one day delivery on a friday. I expected my delivery to arrive on monday considering the weekend does not count. Instead i received a text on monday telling me i will receive my batteries on tuesday. I cannot understand how it is hard to send a batch of ten batteries of on time, but clearly for these guys, it is.
