Customer service is exemplary.

Courier didn't deliver when they said they would. I received a very prompt response and explanation, on the weekend, from Battery Station. Courier then said they'd delivered when they hadn't. Again, Battery Station replied promptly and sent out a replacement package. When package from first courier finally arrived, I notified Battery Station and they arranged to collect replacement package with no further action needed from me.

Basically, their great customer service turned what was rapidly becoming an negative experience (due to issues with one of their couriers) into a positive one.

Ordered a battery I couldnt find get in bricks and mortar stores nearby. Decent price and very speedy delivery. Would use again.

Ordered some batts on a Monday.. arrived on the Wednesday.. What more can you want!!

I placed an order on the 6th April way before 4pm and paid £6.49 for next day priority delivery. On the 7th April I received a message saying, Your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area. When trying to find out more I come to a dead end. On trying to ring you again a dead end. As I have not received the service I have paid for I request a full refund for the next day delivery and an update to what is happening with my order. I await your reply as I have already tried to ring to speak to someone to no avail.

Funny enough the message on the DPD website tracking said There was a problem with this parcel before I contacted you. So I firmly believe it was sent back to you before I made contact with yourselves. I await the full refund and will never use or recommend your company again!!!!!

Great service, lightning fast delivery and good value for well known brands. Whats not to like!

I went to Batterystation because I wanted LR1s which your average shop does not stock. Bought some AAs as well. The prices seemed reasonable and the products were delivered the next day which I had not paid for, so top marks.

Placed order 3pm Thursday, delivered 11am Friday. Amazing service. Will definitely use again.

this is the second order with this company, the first order was sent short of required quantity and the second order was completely different than what i had ordered and took 7 days to arrive. USELESS

Batteries not delivered 8 days later.
Tracking system does not work, so I could not check the status of my order.
Poor service as I had to buy them locally today. Very disappointing service.
