Handing my atv battery it did not have the brass insert that were not tap for the connection screws that closes the circuit. They were willing to refund or send another battery. I just used the old ones and it worked fine. They were very professional and apologetic. They wanted to make it right.

Damaged package & missing item

Update: This wasn't BatteryMart's fault, I had relied on an AI response for the correct battery rather than looking it up in BatteryMart's system, which shows the correct size. Revised my rating to 5 star.

High shipping costs
Wouldn’t let me pick what shipping I wanted. They charge me $20.00 shipping. There were other prices but it wouldn’t let me choose.

No fault of the company they sent the…
No fault of the company they sent the battery out fast and it was the perfect fit for my motorcycle. The fed ex shipping was a nightmare though, I think they miss placed the battery in Orlando, I was supposed to get the battery on Friday and then they changed it to Saturday and then they gave me three different delivery times on Saturday none of which were true. I called the Orlando office on Monday and they told me that I would have it today and they apologized for the delay and again I didn’t receive it that day, it wasn’t until around 4:00pm on Tuesday before I finally got it.

There is a serious problem when the price to ship one A23 battery, ONE, is the same price as the battery itself. It could have been sent in a business envelope right? The waste was ridiculous.
