I was having trouble finding a black shower tray
I was having trouble finding a black shower tray in the correct size, found one on this site and spoke to Lauren at their Birmingham branch, she was so helpful, spoke on the Friday and my shower tray arrived on the Wednesday and Lauren kept me up to speed with everything, I would highly recommend this Company

Faulty radiator
Ordered a made to order radiator, perfect colour and size. Unfortunately it was only found out to be faulty once plumber had fitted and connected it. Bathroom takeaway replaced it, no problem, only for that one, also, to be faulty ! Bathroom Takeaway have refunded for the cost of radiator and fittings but refuse any kind of compensation for the wasted plumber visits. Hence I am out of pocket for the cost of wasted plumbers visits.
I would not recommend this company.

DX delivery the worst
Wouldn't use again as they use DX delivery.
Firstly sent me a message at 9:45 am to tell me my delivery slot was 7am to 6pm so I was already at work. Had to finish up and drive home.
Then DX said they attempted delivery while I am sat in my front room. Which i only found out about when it hit 5pm and I rang Bathroom Takeaway

Website easy to use.Two panel radiators ordered.Very quick despatch.Next day delivery, unfortunately only one arrived. Contacted customer service phone answered by Jack very quickly, no waiting in a queue.Launched a trace case.Courier reported back lost. Jack raised a replacement order and it arrived next day.

Needed some help in choosing a bath panel for a rental property which was for a corner bath and not easy to match.
Lucie was absolutely brilliant and searched catalogues and recommended one for me.
The panel has now been delivered very quickly and looks excellent and also at a fair price.

I recommend this company. I chose my product from the internet and placed and paid for my product. Received email confirmation of order etc. I was kept informed at each step. i.e. product has been shipped. product will be delivered on this date and on the day the delivery company advised of the the time frame window for delivery.
Product arrived undamaged and exactly as described. From ordering to receiving was 3 days.
