Baskil Window Systems Arvostelua

We visited the Baskil windows showroom where we were put in touch with the Rep Dermy Kearney . We found Dermy to be very friendly and professional throughout and Dermy guided us on our choice of windows which we are very pleased with and they exceeded our expectations. The team of fitters were excellent very precise in their fitting and paid a lot of attention to every detail. The windows were of high quality and the after service was excellent.

"I had Baskil windows fitted, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The workmanship is outstanding, and the windows have truly transformed the look of my home. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Dermy Kearney was my point of contact, and he was fantastic—always keeping me informed and ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Baskil windows to anyone looking for quality and reliability!"

I am building a house as near as possible to 'Passive House' standards, and I was looking for windows and doors that rivalled the expensive Scandinavian systems but that were available locally. I contacted Baskil Window Systems and their rep Dermot explained about their uPVC Passiv range of windows and Composite doors all with triple glazed units. Once installed we were pleased with the quality of construction, the robustness of the door frames for example.

I was looking for new door and a number of people I asked about them recommended Dermot Kearney. I rang him and he called to my house that day. Couldn't have been more helpful and was able to give me and my wife a number of good ideas. Once we placed the order Dermy was in contact regulary with updates and called to check we were happy when the doors had been finished. Even better he called a few months later, just to ensure everything was still OK. Super experience from start to finish!

excellent service great aftercare highly recommend

Great service! Found Dernot very polite and professional!

We are two retired ladies who required all our exterior windows and doors including patio doors replaced. We had tried and priced a number of companies but honestly from our initial enquiry with Baskil Window Systems, showroom visit, communication and installation we were treated with courtesy & respect. We couldn’t have had a better experience. We received expert advise regarding best fit, quality ( in relation to security) for our house. Having researched a number of companies we found Baskil Window Systems competitively priced and had the shortest installation time. We had been worried abut moving furniture during fitting but we shouldn’t have. The fitters were fantastic. They moved everything, cleaned up after themselves and were finished in two days. I would highly recommend them to everyone. We only had a few snagging issues and these were resolved very quickly. I really couldn’t recommend Baskil Window Systems more highly.

Very good service and efficient fitters. Our contact was Dermot Kearney he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Worked very well with our builder nothing was too much bother.
We are delighted with our windows and doors.

Great product, responsive sales representative, transparent pricing structure and the business stuck to the lead times originally specified. We dealt with the sales rep Dermot Kearney who was first class. Would have no hesitation in referring or using again.

I have used Baskil Window Systems for over 25 years and have found their windows and doors to be great quality and their aftercare service first class. Grahame Taylor has been my contact and his knowledge of their products is excellent. Recently his advice was invaluable in ensuring we chose the appropriate products from Baskil Window Systems for my daughter’s house.

Excellent service. Great communication would totally recommend and have done.

We are very pleased with our patio doors. Good colour choices and installation was quick and every thing cleaned away afterwards.

Graeme Taylor was very helpful and knew his stuff. Would definitely recommend

I called in on the off chance that they would have a replacement window handle, for one that they originally supplied and that had failed after at least ten years good service. Joanne on the front desk couldn't have been more helpful, spending a considerable time locating the correct one despite being on her own at reception. She then did the same, finding the screws to fit it with, at no extra cost. Thank you, now fitted and looking good.

We have been using Baskil from 1999 on all our developments and have found them to be excellent Graham Taylor has been our contact from the beginning and has always given us a service second to none
Will always go the extra mile
