BASI Arvostelua

We’ve trusted Basi Heating for years, and they never disappoint. The entire team—from customer service to the engineers—is a pleasure to work with. They offer honest advice, quality products, and great prices. Highly recommended!

Had basi around this afte To sort out a gas leak .paul turned up , extremely professional , friendly and engaging . Solved the problem and completed the task in a professional and efficient manner. Extremely accommodating and a shining example of the standard of employee and workmanship I have come to expect of basi over the years. They remain my number 1 gas engineer company.

Best company I've ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

The after sales service was outstanding. I rang with the problem and they offered good advice and provided a rapid fairly priced service. I would have no difficulty in recommending them and would certainly not go to any other plumber for a boiler problem or installation

Kez came to change my old boiler. He was very prompt and helpful. I am 80 yrs old and was dreading this. He was very supportive . I would recommend this company to everyone.
Thanks kez

The company responded to my problem with my toilet cistern within 3 hours. The two plumbers came fully prepared with the correct parts for the repair following my email with a couple of photos. The job was completed within the hour. The new parts included a mechanical flush mechanism which is far superior to the part it replaced. Tanny was clearly good at his job and overcame the difficulties presented by a reluctant old cistern with confidence. I have turned to Basi gas on many occasions over the years and have always received first class service at a fair price.

Had an issue with my boiler and Paul from Basi came out and sorted really quickly and efficiently. I’ve been dealing with Basi for 10 years now and Paul is amazing! He’s really professional and friendly and very good at his job. Really recommend.

We've been using Basi for our central heating since we moved in to our house. They installed new radiators and both our boilers over the years. Service is always good, communication is great and very reasonably priced too.

Just another day at the Office for Basi Heating and another Five star review. From initial call to Installation to remedy of minor issues, just awesome.

Basi came to quote the removal of my old Baxi solo heat only boiler still working but spares becoming scarce been in faithful pretty much trouble free service for over 25 years
They sent the quote to do the job with anew Baxi 600 heat only unit not the cheapest but felt they would be a better choice and I must again compliment the installation team on a excellent job done to a very high standard which you don’t see to often nowadays

Had excellent service yesterday from Alex, Ian and Uncle Bob yesterday, who fitted a Tado smart system throughout our house. Highly professional team, and very friendly with it. Thank you, BASI! Much appreciate your prompt and efficient response to our heating needs

Had new boiler fitted and could not be happier. Price was extremely competitive, engineer kept me informed during the fitting, gave a demonstration after completion of works. Would highly recommend to anybody needing a new boiler.
