I ordered in January 2026 A chair. It took for ever to arrive. Now 14.10.26 and the GAS cylinder is broken. NO answer tried, email, whats app to activate the 12mnth warranty. BUT all Im getting is silence. This company is appearing to be a scam. Takes money but NO customer service, NO help and NO warranty SCAM

Second item ordered from this (Italian?) company.
Very happy with first purchase but have had nothing but a negative experience since then.

* Their customer service has not answered my three emails.
* I could not find a phone number anywhere on their site. (is legal to not list a contact phone number?)
* The extra $80 paid to expedite delivery has not changed anything: after four days, still no information about delivery and no tracking order provided.
* More concerning is the link to my invoice contained in an email from Bar Stool Centre. Both my browser anti-virus and Scam Watch classify the email address in that link as High Risk.
* Consequently, I did not open the link (which is to an Italian company, not Australian) and therefore I have no official invoice.

Poor to non-existent customer service, parent company appears to be in Melbourne but invoices come from Italy.

What's going on?

Ordered a hallway table and received immediate confirmation of my order. Nine weeks later I had not received shipping confirmation. I followed up three times by email and only after threatening with a refund did I get a reply. I was advised they were out of stock and asked me to purchase another table with a slightly higher value. I declined as I was concerned there'd be further delays. Refunded my money one week later but no acknowledgement of doing so. I will never purchase anything from here again.

Worst customer service. 12 weeks waiting on delivery ofa gaming chair,emailed multiple times and was given the generic,"we're experiencing delays from our warehouse due to large peak times" Gaming chair finally arrives only for the massage connection not being able to used as 2 top connections. Lights do not work either. Have emailed requesting proper parts but no answer as yet.

Months waiting. Requested a REFUND, email replied telling me it is inline to dispatch and refused, one month later still waiting.

The delivery took over 2.5mths and no one replied to my email enquires. Eventually received and very happy with firepit purchase. However, one of the tiles was broken, so now trying to resolve that issue! Customer service is not very good, but happy with the product itself.

When I purchased it said 7-11 working days for delivery. I messaged after 3 weeks and just got the runaround from them. I finally got the chairs today, 7 weeks and 1 day later. Will never buy again from this company.

I have been waiting for nearly 8 weeks for my bar stools to arrive.
Still nothing. They advertised 5-14 business days delivery.
I am not happy.

They are easy to deal with. Customer service is reliable. Products are the same in the picture provided.

Ordered an office chair on 6/7/26 waiting and waiting ..I kept chasing they made excuses for delay ..it arrived yesterday 29/8/26 only when I threatened that I would cancel my order!
There was no update emails from them there was no follow ups..I had to do all the enquiries!They did respond when I contacted them ..not good enough!
When I did threaten to cancel my order ..they did jump and the chair was on its way!chair is good for the price and assembly had clear instructions..
They offered a $20 voucher for my inconvenience but I declined as I don’t wish to wait over 7 weeks for delivery.
Sadly their communication lets them down along with lengthy wait times.
Wouldn’t recommend or buy from them again unless you are prepared to wait!

Very happy and impressed with the quality of the barstools ordered. We were told on ordering that this was a very busy time and to expect a delay in the usual delivery time of up to a month. Had a very quick response from the company when checking on the status of our order with details of when it would arrive given. Will happily purchase from them again.

My order was delayed for 2 month are pushed onto me to get express delivery option if I want it. After two month since I did not get it, I canceled the order. Waste of two month of time

Waited 8 weeks for the delivery of my purchase. Investigation shows that this is fairly standard with the excuse that they are snowed under with orders. I don't think so. They take your money and have it for weeks without sending the product. They also have the cheek to say if you pay more for delivery you will get it quicker. The people they choose for delivery Hunter express are absolutely hopeless. Never Again!!!!

I am very pleased with the quality of the dining chairs I purchased. They are well-made, durable, and exactly as described. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to shop at Bar Stool Center again

We paid for a TV. stand and coffee table June 19th and it is now nearly two months later with nothing but excuses. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They take your money but don't deliver. Next stop is to file with ACCC
UPDATE: Delivery finally arrived but vital part missing so we are still without a TV stand. How can this crowd carry on about being proudly local when they are just another XL dropshipper (dropxl.com) flogging rubbish Chinese products? - no support, long time waiting for deliveries and when it finally arrives, it’s just crap. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Buy alsewhere
