Fabulous customer interaction from drop off to collection. Intermittent fault with Z4 which typically resolved itself on deposit to garage, but reactivated on way home. Nonetheless kept fully informed during the day, and will need to re-book, but fully confident with service team.

Faultless experience
I could not fault the experience. Had c with Barrett’s Ashford. Tim was very understanding of my situation and made sure that the Countryman was the right car for me.
