Charley was great from the start. Very patient and explained everything

Really good personal service and follow up to make sure I was happy and supported. Really impressed/

Sales person who was keen to help with a professional approach and attitude knowing when to let us take our time and look at the vehicle without too much interference.

Hatfield Audi were great because we met Ashlee our salesman he was so helpful and found us the car that we bought we weren’t intending to buy that day we just wanted to sit in an Audi Q5 when we described the car we wanted he managed to find one that had just come in the day before it had everything we wanted Ashleigh negotiated with us and the team and then we bought our car

Great dealership, no pushy sales and staff were friendly & helpful.
Will buy from them again in the future.

Bought a car from Stansted Audi and cannot rate highly enough. Great car and great service from Hayley.

Answered all my questions satisfactorily and made me feel like a valued customer. The sales person collected the vehicle from another showroom and drove it to my house for me to test drive.

Dear Vee, Chris, Ramim and Team,

I just wanted to extend my sincere thanks to you all for your outstanding support and service throughout the process of getting my new Q6.

I know the process wasn't the most straightforward at the start, with the initial credit check challenges, but your patience, persistence, and professionalism do not go unnoticed.

I also really appreciated how accommodating you all were, especially at short notice and the warm hospitality shown during each visit with hot chocolates and ice-cream. The way your team worked together, supported me and got us over the line was nothing short of five-star service.

Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved. It has been a pleasure dealing with you all and I'm very happy with the car and grateful for the Harold Wood Audi experience.

See you in 2.5 years to do it all over again!!

Easy customer parking, helpful and friendly sales advisor, long test drive, and overall very easy purchase

Excellent dealership, every single member of staff was lovely and the sales staff were extremely helpful and never pushy, just trying to help you get the car you want for the best deal.

Excellent service from Asif, a good communicator, listener and sales person. Thoroughly impressed with the entire team and site.

Adam Face was excellent to deal with, informative, helpful, professional and not too pushy as a sales person. Thanks

Hatfield Audi have a great and very professional team. Charley was great from the start of the engagement to the finish and was in constant touch to look after my order and very prompt in handling any questions I had.

I wanted make a purchase of a particular vehicle & they made it simple, explaining each step.

Good sales pitch; regarding my choices and eventual purchase. New service and MOT issued; plus some other discounts; my wife wanted !

The staff at Group 1 Assured Norwich Central were amazing because I previously had a nightmare dealing with another trader and they went above and beyond to make sure those experience was entirely different. It wasn't plain sailing but how it was handled was exceptional! On the test drive the clutch pedal stuck down a couple of times and as I was desperate for a vehicle due to my previous purchase elsewhere (still ongoing) I needed a vehicle there and then. They offered for me to get the repair sorted somewhere locally to me for convenience and invoice them the repair bill without even needing to go through the warranty company. Conor was incredible to deal with throughout, and many thanks to the rest of the team that I dealt with when Conor was on annual leave. Well done guys! Showing how exactly this industry should operate! 🙏

I was pleased with Finchley Road Audi and would recommend them because Adam was excellent! Very helpful, quick and easy.

The salesman who served me was very professional, friendly and very helpful throughout. I got all the paperwork finished without wasting time. The salesman understood my urgence of wanting the car and the Mercedes benz was serviced, cleaned and was looking like brand new. It was done without delay.

Manager Lewis and Salesperson Kemal helped me a lot. Thank you very much for their support on my new car adventure.

Great customer service!
