WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE.
Bought Tubular Tyres from them but were not right as they did not come with extensions for the valves so had to return them.
This Charlatan company, refused to refund the entire cost holding onto the delivery charge despite there being nothing in the terms and conditions to say this and after I had agreed I would pay the shipping costs which were higher to return the items.
They then had the affront to say I had ordered the wrong type of tyre which is a downright lie, and refused to enter into any discussion.
This company is good at taking your money, but they are not interested in you at all once they have it, and as someone who has dealt with many companies and been in charge of customer services, this companies ability to deal with complaints is a total disgrace.
You may think this site is cheap, and it is because the service is appalling, the goods are at best old stock, and their complaints procedure a joke.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR IT MAYBE SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE TO GO ELSEWHERE BUT YOU WILL BE THANKFUL IN THE LONG RUN, AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS A DISGRACE TO THE INDUSTRY AND WOULD BE BETTER SERVED IN LIQUIDATION

Brilliant prices and quality. Ordered on Friday morning delivered Saturday afternoon.

Ordered some items for me and my mates - order cancelled a week later, no email, no nothing. Emails ignored. When I finally did get a response they were rude and unhelpful. Apparently bicycle tyres are too big to send through the post (they sell electric bikes…) a week later one helpful chap when I complained did respond to my email but still not able to get any tyres from them…

They say on their website that shipping of goods to EU which are valued at less than 150€ will not require any additional VAT payment in country of destination. That information is false. For that to be true they would have to pay VAT through IOSS system. They do not.
Rude customer support. Here's a nice quote: "I suggest you dont buy from us again be easier that way ."

Update: they have now removed the false information from their website, but that does not make my experience any better.
