From the date the better half and I got in contact with the absolute rascals of a team at the Upminster Branch we knew we were in safe hands.

We tasked Abbie and Chloe with procuring the home of our dreams (no easy feat with the boxes that needed ticking). The Balgores team shortlisted properties, handled our demands with the upmost professionalism and located a property that both "er indoors" and I fell in love with.

During the whole process their communication couldn't be faulted and then they passed us to Chris. Chris executed the purchase as a very seamless process bringing in his colleague Donna at the last minute to finalise the details.... What a bunch of Weapons they are!

Last but not least I would like to thank the mortgage broker that they introduced us to. A big shout out to Peter Walker! The term "high velocity impact" must have been coined for this man! He delivered his charisma, charm and wit throughout making what would normally be a stressful experience very enjoyable and a fun process.

Peter must knock on the doors of banks and mortgage lenders with a sledgehammer, he was always there and always willing. A true professional with so much knowledge of the industry, he had the answers before the questions had even been raised.

If only all experiences with Estate Agents and Customer service in general was this good the world would be a better place.

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson​ helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. I have to say we have had other mortgage advisors in the past, however Lewis and Hayley have exceeded our expectations and we will continue to use their services for future mortgages.

Towards the end of last year we decided to Sell our first home which we had actually purchased through Balgores Basildon 2 years prior, we also Purchased (Again) through Baglores Basildon this time around.

Balgores Romford are quite frankly the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with. My review will be extensive and detailed, but to summarise they are dedicated, hard working, diligent, organised, professional and responsive.

We struggled with another agent in finding buyers from June 2022 to January 2023, and their buyer pool and due diligence was very poor. I was in contact with the Balgores Branch Manager, Charlie King, who assured me that he could find me a buyer in under a month. Once our property was listed in February 2023, we had a buyer lined up by mid-month. It was astonishing how amazing the team was, their dedicated buyer pool and how quickly we managed to find someone. Marc De La Cruz helped show buyers around our home, and his knowledge and research into the local area was fantastic. Marketing materials were prepared within a few days and our property was listed on nearly every major known website, and we had potential buyers through our door in droves.

Once we progressed with the sale, Balgores has an appointed Sales Progressor, Ms Louise Gibson, who is extremely well connected within Havering, very knowledgable about conveyancing and processes, and quite frankly an absolute powerhouse one woman army, with the ability to stay up to date on all her cases, quick to respond to all her messages and emails, and detailed and thorough in her approach. She stays on top of both buyer/seller’s Solicitors, agents, local authorities in a manner I’ve not ever experienced. Louise is strong willed and unyielding in her almost zealot-like drive to obtaining results, in a professional and polite manner, and I cannot sing her praises enough.

Charlie King is down to earth, does not present false luring tactics to ensnare potential customers and is a honest hardworking and reliable branch manager who, along with his wider team, provide a stellar service.

The sale of our home could not have proceeded as well as it did without Balgores Romford, and we are eternally grateful to Charlie, Marc, Louise and the wider team.
