Good Company, Great Cakes!
Ordered from this company a couple of times now. Both orders arrived on the date stated, the cakes were well packaged and tasted lovely. Second order the cupcakes had jigglled around a bit and were upside down but were edible and not too crushed, that of course being a courier issue.
I would definitely buy from Bakerdays again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Thank you so much for your continued support and for taking the time to leave such a lovely review!
We’re delighted to hear that both of your orders arrived on time, were well packaged, and most importantly tasted lovely 😊 That truly means a lot to us.
We’re sorry to hear that the cupcakes had jiggled around during transit on your second order — while we’re glad they were still enjoyable, we understand that presentation matters too. We’ll continue working closely with our courier partners to minimise this happening.
Thank you again for recommending bakerdays — we really appreciate it and look forward to baking for you again soon! 🎂
Great railway themed cake
We ordered a railway themed fourth birthday cake for our son. It was delivered right on time and was well packaged in perfect condition. We got it two days before his birthday and stored it in our spare room. It still tasted tasty and fresh two days later. We got the medium cake and it let about 18 kids have a slice and a similiar number of parents, although not the biggest slices. Only slight issue is the preview on the website sometimes cuts off text which made us less confident if all the characters would be printed but all worked out great.

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear your son’s railway-themed birthday cake arrived on time, in perfect condition, and that it still tasted fresh and delicious for the big day 🚂🎉
It’s great to know the medium size worked well for both the children and parents too — that sounds like a fantastic celebration!
We also really appreciate your feedback about the website preview occasionally cutting off text. That’s helpful to know, and we’ll be sure to pass this on to our team to review, as we completely understand wanting to feel confident before placing your order.
Thank you again for choosing bakerdays to be part of such a special birthday — we hope to bake for you again in the future! 🎂

Not value for money...
I purchased a personalised 9 piece brownie cake and omg was so disappointed. It measured in total 6 inches square and was a mess on arrival when I opened the box. So expensive for what it was. Dont use this company..find another.
I emailed straight away regarding my disappointment but the response was weak.
I wished I had read the other reviews before buying as would have run a mile.

Perfect Vegan Birthday Cake
Bakerdays is a fantastic online company. At short notice I purchased a small vegan Birthday cake! Perfect with the Blossom Tree for my Graduate youngest for 25th Birthday who studied Japanese. Had all to oneself! Said the cake was delicious! Thank you. Will certainly be using Bakerdays again.

My wifes 60th Birthday cake
The cake was excellent, the written text was clear, the font was flowing and clear to read without any smudging. The victoria sponge was spongy an tasted really good there was nice hint of lemon. It was a birthday cake for my wife's 60th birthday. She loved it.

Delivery didn't happen,
Dear Sirs
I ordered a cake for my Wife's 80th birthday on 21st December 2025. I received no confirmation from yourselves but received a notification from DPD that they were expecting the parcel. On the 23rd December 2025 DPD stated that the parcel would be delivered between 13.06 and14.06 on that day. I received a message from DPD at 13.18 that " our driver missed you". Nobody came to my property. I tracked the delivery on the Dpd App, I stayed at home to receive the delivery. I was very disappointed. The same happened the next day, I was now very angry. I tried to contact DPD but could only get the chat line which is me talking to computer, totally useless.
I requested that the order be cancelled. I then tried to contact your office but could not get to talk to anyone.
I wish to cancel the order and receive a refund. The cake will be too stale and the birthday has gone by. DPD have let you down.
Please contact me to confirm that my request has been actioned.
Yours very disappointed
Graham Sargent
