Friendly, knowledgeable, patient
The delivery drivers/installers were prompt and friendly. Installation was extremely quick and time was taken to explain how the equipment worked as well as making sure it actually did work!

Every part of the service was great
Service has been great throughout – with the amount of communications, amount of information communicated. I appreciated the manuals and guidelines. The delivery was smooth, the delivery person (sorry I can’t remember his name) was calm and clear and made sure I understood everything about how to adjust the chair.
