Not happy with this company
Not happy with this company. Ordered a car seat on 2nd May and still not received it. Customer service and communication is very poor, have had to email them numerous times and have been told rough times of delivery with it still not being delivered a month later and not one single apology, I have found them very rude and abrupt. Go elsewhere.

Customer Support Falls Well Short.
Unfortunately Babys-Mart sold me a selection of products that turns out were not phyisical stock in house and failed to check stock with there Branded Suppliers, BUT still offered 5/7 day delivery at point of sale. Part order was delivered within 5 days BUT balance took approximately 30 days, overall very poor communication, several failed delivery dates. Babys Mart easily misled by their Branded Suppliers

Not recommended. ordered a car seat after 19 days still not have any ship schedule. Email them to cancel order after 5 days still not have refund. Don't wasting your time go buy from other.
