Babys-Mart Arvostelua 

I had ordered my travel system from Babys Mart and to be honest, I felt like there was non stop stress. Stress over delivery times, when ordering it was between 7-10 working days, almost a month has gone by and I have only just received my order. Not only that, but it all come separately which had me feeling that items were missing and lost in transit. I was told multiple different days that my buggy was due in from the suppliers but failed to be delivered on that said day. I have now received my items and I am overly happy but the experience when you are days, weeks away from giving birth is just not what you need. The girls have been accommodating every time I have called them but the fact I have called them around 10 times checking where my travel system is, says a lot.

It took a month for my pram to be delivered, only for it to be missing parts. I emailed and was told the remaining piece will be delivered in a few weeks so casually . Not happy at all

Great service. I had a 7-10 day wait for silvercross pram and car seat set which was considerably cheaper than anywhere else. I had a couple of issues with what came in the set, but customer service sorted this all out within a couple of days with no real hassle.

Product was late and delayed nearly a month ! And when I contact customer service I kept being told its arriving a different days .. not a good experienced!

I recently ordered a stroller Bugaboo, eagerly anticipating its arrival. After waiting three weeks for delivery, I decided to reach out to the company, Baby Mat, for an update. During our phone conversation, they informed me that the stroller had indeed been delivered, but unfortunately, there was no clear information about what had happened during the delivery process. This uncertainty caused me some concern, as I wasn’t sure if the stroller was lost or possibly mishandled.

However, I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive Baby Mat was to my situation. They quickly arranged for a replacement stroller to be sent out. To my relief, I received the new stroller just two days later. The customer service I experienced was commendable, and I was truly grateful for their prompt assistance in resolving the issue. After everything, I feel confident in giving them a well-deserved five stars for their exceptional service!

Item - Axkid Car Seat arrived very quickly and no issues with purchase or delivery. Price of Car seat was cheaper than other sites and included free delivery.
