Honestly I don’t even know what to say. I’m actually pissed. So I went dress shopping on Pinterest months ago for my prom in October(yes ik that sounds weird but I live in a different country). I came across this dress that babyonline was advertising, so I did my ‘research’ by searching on instagram. I found their account which looked legit because they had 12k followers and I unfortunately deemed that to mean it was a legit website. Wasn’t I deeply wrong. It wasn’t until right after I ordered my dress August 31st that I decided to search up reviews. I found this review website. I was petrified at the numerous negative reviews and decided to put in the request to cancel the dress in fear it wouldn’t come in time or wouldn’t look good. I paid $373 US for this dress. They told me that full refunds are given 2 days after the order and they informed me that I would only get half back. They repeatedly kept asking me whether I really wanted to cancel the dress and after 5 times of confirming, they said they would send my refund. It’s been 3 weeks almost a month since I ordered the dress and still have not received my refund. I have no words other than to say save your money and don’t order from here. They’re actually legit scammers. This is your sign not to so get off their website immediately.

I was very nervous when ordering this dress, but the email correspondence was within a day and I received answers to all my questions (and it was quit a few). Delivery time was accurate and the dress is of very good material and very true to size. I ordered a size bigger. I most certainly recommend this dress. She loved it and received compliments.

Very good quality. The look and fit is perfect. It looks exactly like the picture i shared with them. This is not the first time I am ordering from them.

They are scammers their dresses do not look like any of these pictures and they take your money and do not give refunds. This company is garbage!

This company is an absolute JOKE! The dress they sent me was such poor quality fabric that it made my skin itch and break out, they told me to 'leave it in the sun for a few days' and tried to talk me out of returning it but I continued and finally was given return address information. I paid close to $100 to return it, they received it 5 MONTHS AGO and I still don't have a refund, or any communication at all! No response to any emails, text messages or even what's app...
SUCH A JOKE OF A COMPANY, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

This company is a SCAM! I wish I read the reviews before buying. I was looking online for an all lace see through dress and found this company. My dress came in a timely manner one week before the event; however, the dress is not what they advertise on their website. I got the dress with a tan lining inside instead of see through. I contacted them by email as soon as I got the dress and no response. I then sent a text per their contact instructions and someone got back to me right away. They told me since I don’t want the lining in the dress they will give me a partial refund and I can bring the dress to a local place to have them remove the lining. I paid $209 for this dress that they falsely advertise, why would I pay more money to have someone remove the lining which I’m sure will still give the dress a different look, as they have stitching all around the dress where the lining is. Anyone can see they sold me a dress that is not advertised on their website. Now they want me to pay for shipping to return the dress which will cost me more money out of pocket. This is ridiculous!

My dress came way later than it claimed it would, not in time for my event. The company will not respond or provide any assistance in a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I dont understand all the bad reviews. My dress came in less then a month was as pictured and i only needed a few adjustments. Love this website !!

Terrible customer service. Paid for expedited shipping and dress came a week after the expected date which was after prom. When it came it looked nothing like pictured. When I contacted someone they stated the tailor tried their best, in which I replied was false advertising. They should show the tailors work instead. They offered a partial refund, stating that if they do a full refund I have to pay for shipping. When I stating I will pay the shipping and asked what was required for me returning I haven’t heard anything else. I can’t do anything with this dress, it was so poorly made. We had to buy something off the rack the day before. Luckily she still looked beautiful.

I wish I had read reviews before. I tried contacting them via different methods and nobody got back to me. I will be contacting business better bureau and eye witness news if I don't hear back, get refund or item. Totally DISGUSTING. for a teenager's prom this is vile

If I could rate them a zero, I would. I ordered and paid for expedited delivery for my daughters prom. I should have received the dress in 15-20 days. Day 28 it was delivered which was four days after her prom. They would not call me back, would not return my emails. $200 wasted. The dress looks nothing like the item pictured. I also had to spend another $300 to purchase another dress at the last minute! Bad, bad, business!!!

Do not buy from the website, they don’t respond to any inquires.

Like the rest of these reviews...that were not shown to us when one of the bridesmaids fount this site, oh my stars! Ordered 2 of 4 dresses and got them, they are cute but NOT the right size!!! I guess they want the fatest part of your butt measured, NOT your hips like they ask for!!! Then the dresses were shipped from CA but they made us ship them back to China for $80 in shipping. They also told us to put that the package was worth $5 because it's worth nothing to us now, but it was worth the $332 that I paid for it, so I put that on the paperwork to return. I have not heard from them since 10/25/21 and it is 1/29/22. No refund issued still.

I should have researched this company more. I just read the comments from the company website. After reading all your comments and what I'm going though. The dress was poorly made and don't fit. This is for my wedding in December. Of course I been getting emails back and forth with them with no result in site. I just asked for a refund and haven't gotten a definitive answer. That dress was 210 dollars.

Buyer Beware! They sent me a dress that smells like musty fish that was 2 sizes to small then what I ordered and looked like a night gown on me rather then the picture advertised. I had no time to send it back wedding was 3 weeks away. So I payed extra to rush order and expedited shipping on a 2nd dress so it would be here on time. Here we are 3 weeks later and still no dress! I payed double price of dress for it to be rushed. Mind you i only ordered standard sizing. I reached out several times asking to cancel order because it was not shipped and they ignored me. Then this morning i get a tracking code for dhl that says it wont be here til next week. The wedding is this weekend. It wont be here ontime. I had to go to Davids BRIDAL and pick up another dress so i dont even match other bridesmaids. This company is a scam and will not work with you. The dresses smell really bad so i cant even resell. Save yourself a headache and buy elsewhere.

Unfortunately I am forced to give 1 star when babyonlinewholesale deserves no stars. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down! I wish I could add my pictures to this review but I don't see an option to attach photos. I ordered a dress and received something completely different from the dress advertised on their website. It was a completely different dress. They refuse to acknowledge that. They even sent me a fake picture, telling me that was what I ordered which was absolutely not the picture from their website. They refuse to give me a full refund. I paid $215 and we can't even use what they sent. The dress is horrible and not what we ordered. The dress was for my daughter's prom so of course I had to go buy another dress from somewhere else. (Side note the 2nd dress I bought came from Windsor and was beyond gorgeous btw) Babyonlinewholesale will only offer a partial refund of $75 which basically is how they are making their money because the dresses they send are trash and if they advertised the real product that they send you then no one would order, so instead they put false pictures of dresses they don't make so customers can order but get trash in return. The reviews on their website must be fake. The real reviews are on other sites like this one. Worst experience ever. Save your time and money. Buy from a legit dress store like Windsor.
